Welcome to Sandbar Inn, Unit 7A! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning marsh views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

The townhouse was very clean and cozy. It was prefect for a long weekend get-away. Check in was very easy and manager was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely rent there again.

7A was such a beautiful stay ! Both rooms were great and the master bedroom was amazing ! The master bed so soft and fluffy, the ceiling fan my husband loved with the amount of air flow it gave off. Shower/bath water was hot for all 4 of us to take one after another. The balcony doesnt give much of a view with the trees covering the dock and canal side. But the kiddos played volleball in the grass patch below, so i was able to keep an eye on them. Living room and dining area are very spacious with relaxing comfort all around. Kitchen fully stocked, the only thing i would add is ziploc baggies for food storage. Host is phenomenal ! They responded so fast within minutes time frame to get back to me. Fenimore Mill is such a memorable place to stay. Our family will be back again ! Thank you for our 9th family vacation here

Thanksgiving Family Celebration

The Condo was perfect, great location! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrise. Great area to launch your kayak, fish and enjoy the Friendly people of Cedar Key. We had some great seafood and actually decorated our golf cart for their Christmas Parade and tree lighting. This community has been through so much, hopefully we gave something back for them. We shopped and did our best to stimulate their economy. We will definitely stay in 7A Fenimore Mill again . Decorated perfectly and comfy. Well stocked Kitchen and beautiful views!
