Wonderful beach trip

The condo was great! Perfect for a family vacation at the beach. We enjoyed the large balcony which overlooked the pool along with a great view of the beach. It was in close proximity to the pool and beach. It included a closet with beach and pool accessories for guest to use which was a nice surprise.

Holiday Vaca with Family

The condo was very clean, well maintained and fully furnished.One small ceiling fan repair was needed and Luke came right out and took care of it quickly and professionally.Felt safe and comfortable all week.We will definitely stay at this unit again.

Happy but some concerns

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed our time there. We had some concerns about pet hair on the carpet. It got on our socks. We did not have a pet. Around the third day my daughter noticed the sheets on the box spring was stained and there was some stains on the sheets on the bed. My daughter wasn't sure if the sheets had been changed. We were grateful for the extra beach items.

Gorgeous Condo

We had 10 total people in our group and had plenty of room. My only issue is with the bathroom situation. Its listed as 3 baths. It is in fact 2 full baths and 1 shower in the master, no toilet, so this made it a little rough. Other than that, the balcony was amazing, views amazing and we had everything we needed for the week. We would stay here again, just not with our whole family due to the bathroom situation. The owner/manager was easy to get in touch with, the one time I needed to contact them, because our code didnt work upon arrival. But we would give this condo a 9 1/2 out of 10.

Nice

The place was very nice and spacious for 10 people. We had a few minor issues, but they were fixed in a timely manor. The property manager was wonderful to work with. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing is it saids it's a 3 full bath and it has only two toilets and 3 showers. I wish we would've had a 3rd toilet. The property is nice and we loved the location. The staff there was super friendly.

Nice condo but only 2 bathrooms

The condo was nice enough but it is listed as a 3 bathroom which is false. There are only 2 bathrooms and an independent shower in the master. Definitely not 3 bathrooms as advertised which we wanted for 3 couples. Cleaning staff needs to be pay more attention to detail especially with a condo of this quality but overall nicely appointed condo. I would stay in the unit again because the Location and the furnishings were nicely done.

Leaks and unresponsive property management company

So on the positive, the condo was nicely furnished, updated, etc. However, when we walked in it smelled so musty. We assumed it was just from the humidity and got frabreeze (and used almost an entire bottle while we were there). Well it wasnt from the humidity but from 2 major leaks- one from the AC unit in the condo and one from the AC unit in the condo above. It was so bad that it was leaking through the ceiling, through the wall and when you walked on the the floor the water came through the seams of the vinyl flooring. I emailed Luke with PCB and never got a response. As the leak was only getting worse, I eventually went to the Condo maintenance office and they came up to fix the leaking... and though they fixed the leak (which required someone to stay in the condo as they tried to fix it), they left the bucket (that I put out to collect the dripping water) and a ton of towels they put down to try and dry the floor. It is unfortunate that we spent the money we did, to include a cleaning fee and had to deal with a nonresponsive property company and an ongoing leak. Needless to say we will never rent through this company again. We took pictures for documentation but the property company has still never reached out to contact us about it. For all we know, the leak still hasnt been fixed and I feel horrible for whoever was renting it after us.

Never received single message from the guest. Leaks were minimal and are now 100% fixed.

Family Vacation with a view

We had a great stay at this condo! We traveled with four adults and four small children, and the space worked really well for our group. The unit was very clean, well maintained, and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite parts was the balcony—the ocean view was absolutely beautiful, and we loved starting and ending our days out there. The beds were clean and comfortable, and having smart TVs in every room was a nice bonus. We did need to reach out to the host about a few kitchen items, and they were very responsive and quick to replace what we needed, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that while the listing mentions three bathrooms, there are only two toilets. It wasn't a big issue for our group, but it could be something to consider if multiple couples are sharing the space. The condo complex itself was clean and well kept. We especially loved being able to walk across the street each morning to grab coffee and stop by the surf shop. The pool was quite cold during our stay, but the beach was just a short walk away, which made up for it! Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would definitely consider staying here again!
