Thank you very much for your review. The washer and dryer in the unit are only 4 years old, but unfortunately not all guests are respectful and they take more wear and tear than normal. The cabinets in the kitchen are on adjustable hinges, with the constant booking of the condo the opening and closing of cabinets loosens then, so I'll be sure to have maintenance adjust them. Other appliances have not been updated since they are all in working order. I will address the tile floors with the cleaning crew, but it is very hard to keep the tile floors spotless on an oceanfront property, since sand blows in the unit with the simple opening of the balcony doors along with sand be tracked in during check in. I greatly appreciate your feedback!

I'm disappointed to read of your stay being so horrible. My cleaning crew video chats me to view the unit once it's cleaned before check in, so I'm shocked that you felt the unit was, "Very Nasty!" As for the floors, this is a beach front unit and just opening the doors will blow debris in the unit from outside. Also, if you and your rental party didn't remove your shoes at the door upon entering and if you also rolled luggage into the unit, that would cause the floors to become dirty as well since this is a beach front unit and there is sand and debris all around outside. As for the the treats you claim to have found, I had no clue what you were talking about, so I googled it and with the pictures I seen online, I'm confused at how you could know that it wasn't just regular candy, especially since my cleaning crew stated there was Easter candy that was smashed all over the floors and rugs after your stay. As far as the construction goes, I would hardly say you already contacted me about the construction noise, when all I got was an email that stated, "We left early, so much construction above us. Thank you." I'm not really sure that constitutes contacting me regarding the construction noise. Addressing the construction, each unit is individually owned and I have no control of when another owner decides to complete construction on their unit and there is no law that states they need to inform other owners when they will be doing construction. Would it be common curtesy, yes, but again out of my control. As far as the kitchen sinks goes, I have 6 children that all lived in our house for several years together and I honestly can't remember a single time I had to clean my kitchen sink for anywhere close to 15 minutes. The kitchen sink didn't seem to be dirty at all in the video chat I had with the cleaning crew before your check in. After reading your review, I'm very disappointed and confused at why you wouldn't have reached out to me at all during your 6 night stay about my, "Very nasty," unit. You had several ways of contacting me during your stay, and in fact, you had no problem contacting me prior to your stay with questions and no problem contacting me after you had already checked out of my unit, yet you never said anything to me and never took pictures of anything to share with me and instead waited to address them in your review. Unfortunately, it is impossible for me to help fix or address any issues at this point. I will end with thanking you again for renting our unit for your vacation and it's very unfortunate that our unit was, "Very nasty." I really wish I could've been given the opportunity to make your stay great and helped with your issues while you were in our unit.

I'm disappointed to hear your stay was. "Just ok!" It has taken me a while to respond to your review because I wanted to investigate the issues that you listed in your review. First I'd like to address that there is a brand new, 80 gallon water tank, that was installed at the end of last year, so I'm disturbed that there was no hot water in one shower during your stay. It is even more odd to me that all showers, sinks, washing machine, and dishwasher run off of the same, 80 gallon, water tank in the unit and you're claiming only one shower didn't have hot water. I had it inspected and all showers and sinks checked after seeing your review and there were absolutely no problems found and all had hot water. Second, there was a leak in the ceiling from the unit above me about a month ago and no water leaking since. The ceiling still needs to be patched up, but there is no hole in the ceiling and only a layer of plaster is missing, so I opted to not interrupt rentals with repairs during renter's vacations and decided to have it patched when the unit is empty. Can't imagine that would make your stay a bad one unless looking at ceilings all day is what your vacation was about. Third, as far as the bedroom furniture goes, the 1 bedroom has brand new furniture in it and the other 2 rooms have older, definitely not cheap, furniture in it. Not to mention the living room and dining room furniture are also new and no where near cheap furniture either. With that being said, this is a rental unit and I'm sure it takes way more wear and tear than your furniture in your home. Fourth, I called to check why the security guards came into the unit, as this was very odd to me also, and there is no log of security entering the unit and unless there is a major problem there would not be 2 security guards entering at the same time because 1 would remain at the guard shack and there are only 2 security guards at night. If you'd like to give me the date of the night this happened I will have the security cameras reviewed. I did however get informed from security that there were calls on 2 separate evenings for loud noise for our unit.
