We had an amazing stay at the Bravo House. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family gathering. Everything was very well maintained, and the space made it easy for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. One of the best parts of the trip was being able to attend the Indian Wells tennis tournament while staying here. The location worked great for us, and coming back to such a wonderful house after a long day at the matches made the experience even better. Our whole family truly enjoyed the stay, and the house was spectacular for hosting and spending time together. We would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommended!

We just stayed at this property for my 40th and overall loved it but there were some weird aspects. The good:- sweeping uninhibited views of palm desert. beautiful sunsets and grounds. - both pools were well kept and cool (in September the water was still refreshing)- living spaces were massive and there was so much room to spread out. the main living area and kitchen were wide open and comfortable for a large group- everything was really clean and house was very modern- the hosts of the property were excellent and communicated frequently. checkin was super easyThe not so good:- The majority (at least 6) of the bedrooms require walking through someone elses bedroom. This was the biggest issue with the property. Both casitas and the spiral staircase room have a connected bedroom so they require a person to walk through anothers bedroom as well as to share bathrooms. also the master bedroom has a converted closet that they count as a bedroom. luckily my friends were ok with this but to be honest this was annoying and just bad design decisions in the house. This may not be as big of an issue for families with kids but we had all adults.- the kitchen is not well equipped with pans, baking sheets etc. so if you plan on cooking you will need to get suppliesOverall we enjoyed the property but it was pricey considering everyone had to walk through each others bedrooms. When you rent this place you're paying for the outdoor and common spaces, pools and amazing views.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your feedback and will certainly address the missing kitchen items. Our kitchen is typically well-stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials, so we will investigate this matter to ensure it meets our usual standards. Regarding the bedrooms, we do provide a detailed explanation of the layout in our listing. The house is designed to be comfortable, spacious , and private, however when used to its maximum occupancy it might impact these qualities. I understand your perspective on the use of space, but the layout was intentionally designed to accommodate more guests while maintaining comfort and privacy. We believe the pricing is highly competitive given the extensive amenities, privacy, and overall experience the property offers. A comparable hotel would likely charge significantly more, potentially over three times our rate, without providing the same level of exclusivity and features. Additionally, many of the bedrooms include private bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay without the need to share facilities. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic family reunion

My large family came to stay at this amazing property to celebrate the life of our father, who passed away one year ago. This property is everything as described in the VRBO listing. You will not be disappointed. Hector goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is, one to remember. We absolutely loved it here. Thank you, Hector.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT BRAVO BEACH CLUB

We loved our stay! 12 of us rented the Bravo Beach Club, and we were blown away by the house, its amenities, the staff, and more. High quality tennis courts and rackets / balls, a full soccer field, a beach. The photos don’t even do it justice! The beds were super comfy, there were tons of bathrooms, and staff were quick to answer any questions we had throughout the week. I definitely recommend this home, and we will certainly be staying there again.

Stunning location! Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful both inside and out. The double pools, tennis and pickle ball courts were heavily used. The only thing I would note on the property is that many of the bedrooms require you to go through another bedroom to enter it. It wasn’t a big deal, but something that isn’t very clear through the photos. My family definitely plans on coming back next year!

Family weekend

We had an absolute blast!!! The property is huge with a lot of amenities. We stayed with our family and friends everyone that came over loved the property and it was so large people starting hanging out in groups. Hector the property manager was very kind and east to work with! A lot of cool options, automatic shades, nice finishes on the house, big open floor plan and rooms spread out. 4 of the bedrooms are in a casita and 1 has another full kitchen. We streamed music from our phone and hung out on our own private beach! We are definitely staying here again.

A dream of a compound!

The pictures will never do this property justice! Absolutely incredible location for friends to gather and celebrate my 40th bday! Everything from check-in to ample kitchen items, linens & towels, quick answers - EVERYTHING was as great as you could ask for! The pool was very hot at 101, (it hit 118 during our visit), but the beach is fresh well pumped water and stayed cool throughout the visit. While it was too hot for any extended outdoor activities, the pickle courts and basketball were great to have, and the lawn was freshly mowed. The outskirts of the property are fenced in with lots of plants/shrubs, and the night time views with uplighting on the Palm trees is just stunning! Both the house and the casita's were great and spacious, and the privacy of the property is ideal for doing your own thing. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and hopefully someday I will have the opportunity to return! THANK YOU!!!

cool

Outstanding! Incredible! Happiness! Fantastic! Just a few words to describe our incredible time at the house. I was a little hesitant to book because when I saw the house had no reviews! But oh boy, these guys know how to really make a vacation rental (they have several in the area and in the desert). We had a blast. We had plans to go out for dinners, we cancelled them and had chefs coming because we were just having so much fun! Basketball, tennis , the beach.. the pool, it's endless fun! I have already told all my friends and family to join us! Already looking into future dates! Also, we visited the Indian wells tennis tournament and it was just a few minutes from it. Don't miss the opportunity, house is amazing, incredible amenities, host is superb , friendly and great communication!!!

Unbelievable experience!

What a formidable experience! A unique experience that I highly recommend to all! Photos dont do it justice. The house is complete luxury, has everything you can imagine and need for a vacation. My family and friends had more than enough space for all of us ( 16 people ) and we were very comfortable! We had the best vacation having all the kids paddle boarding, swimming to the island, while the adults had drinks and danced at the beach! We also had a private tennis lesson with an amazing coach that Hector recommended. Our family played endless pickleball games! DO NOT MISS this house, you will regret it, it is the ultimate vacation rental experience and I have been to over 20 countries!! The backyard is massive and being all fenced I felt very safe with my kids. They ran around all day so they felt early to sleep which was fantastic so the adults had some nice relaxing quality time. Thank you Hector, can't wait to return to the "beach club".

One-Stop Shop Experience

Boutique Vacation Rentals have become my ultimate choice for all occasions, whether it's a family vacation, work trip, or personal event. Over the past four years, I've had the pleasure of staying at various properties, and the Bravo Beach Club Rental left me absolutely amazed. It transported us to a remote destination, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The abundance of amenities, including a pool, spa, lagoon, paddleboarding, tennis, pickleball, and basketball, as well as the main house and two casitas, made our stay incredibly enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time and wished our trip wouldn't end. What truly sets Boutique Vacation Rentals apart is their exceptional customer care. Hector and Jesuse, the staff members I interacted with, were exceptional. They were friendly, approachable, and highly professional. They promptly addressed all my inquiries before, during, and even after my stay, making me feel valued as a guest. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs left a lasting impression. Overall, my experience with Boutique Vacation Rentals has consistently been amazing, making it a must-have experience for anyone seeking an exceptional stay for any occasion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking to create unforgettable memories in a remarkable setting.
