Great 5 day weekend with our immediate family.

The pool was perfect for our families. It has a large shallow level (4’x45’) with built in umbrellas. The 3 yr old boys loved it and the moms would put their patio chair in the water so they were close to the kiddies. Then the balance of the huge pool was deeper and fun for everyone. The spa was always warm and also very large.The family really spent a lot of time playing billiards and ping pong. It’s just off the kitchen so very convenient.The HVAC was strong and kept the house nice and cool. The kitchen was well appointed and our kids, who are great cooks, and our chef gave it a good workout without a single complaint and a lot of great food, including fresh baked chocolate chip/walnut cookies!

Fantastic all around experience

It was my brothers bachelor party, and we couldn’t have had a better experience at the house. We played volleyball, putt putt and swam in the big pool and hot tub. The building was spotless. There wasn’t any neighbors to deal with - just a fantastic overall experience. The property manager was also very communicative and helpful, texting me when I couldn’t figure out a certain remote. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Luxury, Comfort, and Sunshine — A Dream Stay

We had the most incredible stay at this luxury home in Indio! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of over 20 people — spacious, beautifully designed rooms with plenty of space to relax, connect, and enjoy.The kitchen was massive and fully equipped, making it ideal both for our private caterer and for preparing our own group meals. The game room was a hit, with pool and ping pong keeping everyone entertained.Outside, the space was just as amazing: a resort-style pool, a covered bar area perfect for lounging with a drink, and a huge lawn with a volleyball court that made it feel like our own private resort.But what really set this stay apart was the service. Chris and his team went above and beyond — they stocked the house with everything we asked for, from food to booze, making our arrival completely seamless. Their attention to detail and responsiveness throughout our stay was truly exceptional.This was easily one of the best group rental experiences we’ve ever had. We’ll absolutely be back!

Dream family reunion

This property was all that others said it would be…new, clean, spacious, private, comfortable, modern, and fun! You never have to leave. The pool and spa were the main act — massive and gorgeous, with a beautiful infinity edge and plenty of seating around. We loved the 9 hole putting course and duel fire pits too…they served as great conversation venues for smaller groups. Had some fun playing volleyball and beer pong too :) Our family vacation was all that we hoped for. Chris was an excellent host. Hope to be back!

I rented this amazing property for my son's 16th birthday and it did not disappoint. The boys used every inch of this amazing property from the hot tub to the pool to the game room. We LOVED it.... thank you..

Perfect vacation house

We had the best time celebrating with family at this beautiful home. Exactly like the pictures. Great house for a large group. Perfect for all ages. Great host. Would definitely stay here again.

House is incredible, 8 golfers , plenty of room, everyone had their on bedroom and bathroom. Pool and hot tub is outstanding, outside entertaining is as good as any I’ve ever seen. Every one in the group raved about the accommodations.

Perfect for a big group!

We had a great time at this property! Host was very accommodating and communicative. House is huge and beds were comfortable! We especially loved the spacious salt water pool. Would definitely book again for a large group!

Large luxury house for 16+ people

Great location next to the Polo grounds. The house is large and luxuries. Our party of 16 had an amazing time indoors and outdoors. Chris, host, was great communicator and very thoughtful, helpful. Recommended by all 16 in our party. Thanks again Chris

Wonderful time at an amazing house!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Enough bed space and bathrooms as advertised for 24 people. The pool was amazing and there were umbrellas outside that you could angle so you could have some shade in the pool, allowing you to stay out all day even in the heat. The game room and outside golf area was also so much fun for the kids and adults. we had an amazing time, never left the location!

Very nice and big house

Overall our stay was great! Minus a few things that went wrong but the property manager responded right away and had someone over to fix the problem asap! We had a great time and it is a great house!

The Best Place Ever

We spent a weekend here celebrating a birthday with friends and it was truly the perfect house. Every bedroom and bed was comfortable and spacious, AC could be controlled room by room, the main areas of the house were perfect for dining, lounging, cooking, and more. We even did pilates in the living room and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool had umbrellas and a Baja shelf so you could easily sit outside all day and be completely comfortable, even though it was 90 degrees when we were there. Everything had been thought of and our host was really thoughtful. He was even willing to mail something back to me that we accidentally left there. We had a blast this weekend and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect getaway. Can't say enough great things about this place.

Fantastic birthday celebration

Twenty one members of my family, aged 1 - 90 had a marvelous 3 days. The house was large, lovely and had so many activities for all of us that it made it a perfect place. And Chris was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this beautiful house

Amazing Oasis in the Desert!

Amazing property with something for everyone. And the most perfect spot if you’re in town for anything at the Polo Grounds. Chris was amazing at communicating and was so great and attentive to anything we needed. We felt like rockstars our whole trip!

Moonlight Mecca Magnificent

Family getaway over Christmas week with our adult children. Was looking for a place comfortable enough to hang out and relax as a family but with plenty of activities and toys to keep the 20’s and 30’s year olds busy. The home was perfect. While certainly great for a Coachella or Stagecoach weekend, it was also perfect for a family trip. In great shape, well equipped with all the outdoor toys, games and also the kitchen and bathroom amenities. Chris was really easy to communicate with and a thoughtful host. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Better than Expected, the perfect weekend

My girlfriend and I spent a few hours looking for a property for my birthday weekend and landed on this property due to aesthetics, rooms, amenities, location, and reviews. If I could leave six stars I would. We came into the house and Chris had my favorite music artist playing through the sonos system. There was a bottle of wine for us on the counter. He asked me before I arrived if we wanted the pool heated. The property was spotless. Rooms were perfect. Everyone loved the property and I’ve even referred people to it since. 100% recommend and would stay again!

Could not get a better location for Polo Grounds Events

Had a group of 20 adults for Power Trip Concert weekend. Excellent place!! Great experience! All the bedrooms were very large. House is huge, penty of privacy and plenty of gathering places. Luxurious property and house, you can tell no expense was spared in building the house and outside. Great location. Walked to the concert at The Polo Grounds. Right next to VIP entrance. Pool was amazing. Huge. Beautiful waterfall. Very large spa. Loved the 9 hole putting course and volleyball court too. Great gameroom- pool table, ping pong. Highly highly highly recommend this place. On a dead end cul de sac with only about 7 houses. Plenty of privacy. No neighbors on back side of property by the pool and volleyball court. Wall around entire property and trees inside wall along entire property. We basically hardly left the property, other than attending the concert. Excellent sound system throughout the house. Huge open kitchen and dining room living room so our entire group to gather. We hired a private chef who raved about the kitchen and dishes, etc. Also we used the 2 fire pits outside at night as well. We have a group that travels alot and so we did check out all the other properties in the area: this one was the best! Location is perfect if attending events at The Polo Grounds. Also close to other good local areas: Old Town La Quinta

Incredible Private Property!

Me and 15 friends took a weekend trip to Indio for a Golf Outing. The property was perfect and fit everyone comfortably all having our own beds. Chris and team were super responsive and easy to communicate with, and made the check in process seemless. The property itself is beautiful - very private and massive. From the hot tub, pool, and the putting course, the guys had an amazing time and we will 100% be rebooking Moonlight Mecca for our next Golf Trip in Indio. Thank you Chris and team for a wonderful experience!

House was amazing just as shown in the photos. Communication was great, beautiful private location with plenty of room for a friend group or large families. Nice to be able to park on the property for multiple cars. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience!

We stayed for a weekend with a big group of friends. The house is more than accommodating for everyone. It has everything you need and then some! Chris was so responsive and kind and we had an amazing time staying here. 10/10 would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone trying to find a big house to stay at in Indio!

Amazing place!

Beautiful property with lots of fun stuff to keep kids occupied. The host was extremely nice and very responsive.

Cousin's Weekend

The house exceeded our expectation better than the pictures. Had enough rooms for everyone. Communication with owners the excellent. Everything was just so perfect and peaceful!!!

However, we are located right next to the VIP entrance to the Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach Music Festival and the Empire Polo Grounds. We are also within 5 miles of the restaurants of Old Town La Quinta and the La Quinta Resort.

5,500 square feet of private, luxury, private patios for each bedroom, relaxed living with 2 firepits and a 6,000 square foot grass yard with plenty of parking on the property.
