A brand-new custom built private, luxury oasis on 1.5 acres with a 45-foot zero edge pool and spa, you may feel like you never have to leave the property. However, we are located right next to the VIP entrance to the Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach Music Festival and the Empire Polo Grounds. We are also within 5 miles of the restaurants of Old Town La Quinta and the La Quinta Resort.
