It's always Summer here, 2 minutes walking to the beach!

This small studio has all the basics you need for a very good stay. And it's location puts you in friendly neighborhood where there are plenty of vacational apartments and best of all: walking distance to the beach and to "La Calle LOIZA", which is a street strip that starts at the corner of our street with a bunch of different restaurants, bars, stores, Walgreens 24 hrs., banks, gas stations, medical cannabis dispensary for persons with license, doctor's offices and at a 5 minute ride a hospital at Ashford Ave at Condado. Our location is the perfect one where you will find "the mix of locals and tourists" and not just a touristic area without the soul of the locals, such as Condado and Isla Verde. At Ocean Park (which is between Condado and Isla Verde) you can have a different experience because it has soul!!! People love the neighborhood!

lovely apartment and area

this was a perfect place for my friend & i to sleep in and leave our luggage. we were able to walk to a lot (beach, food) but we did have a rental car which made it easy to explore because of the great location!

We had the best time! Ani is a pleasure to stay with! Our room was perfect for us. The outdoor space is very pleasing you can hear the church bells ring. Restaurants and beach within walking distance! We had the best time! Made wonderful memories!

Perfect stay close to everything.

Very simple but nice play to stay for a quick vacation. This was our home base for our trip. Close to everything. Host was extremely nice and accommodating. Room had everything, stove, fridge, etc.

Perfect place to rest your head

The checkin process was so easy. This place was perfect for my husband and me for our extended weekend away. Our days were full of activities and was nice to come back to the vrbo at the end of the day to relax. We felt very safe at night sleeping and will recommend to our friends. Short, nice walk to the beach.

Soul!!!!

First time ever to Puerto Rico and Anita was an absolute dream of a host!!! The property is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet but close to all the fun and beaches!! No a single complaint at all!! SuperMax is down the road if you rent a vehicle and the studio has everything you need to save some cash and cook there! Ask the locals for recipes they are always willing to share their family stories and food! FOODIES DREAM VACATION!
