Lake Front home with beautiful lake views from every level!! Close to Cooperstown and Oneonta. Great baseball family home with lots of space. Very spacious home for the whole family to enjoy. Great Swimming, Fishing and kayaking. 2 kayaks and 1 body board are available for our guests. Tons of area attractions nearby and always something to do around this area.

Check-in was easy and the house looked freshly cleaned. It was located close enough to attractions, but still far enough to enjoy the quiet.

I will start off with the view was beautiful and the drive to Dreams Park wasn’t bad, but paying over 1k/night was not worth it. The house was spot cleaned and linens seemed clean, but the house hadn’t really been cleaned or kept up with in quite some time. Fans and drapes were caked in dust, holes in comforters, deck not in the best shape, no weeding or upkeep with the outside. I would not advise bringing small children or dogs here. It is right on a main road where cars fly (it is supposed to be 35mph but they were going at least 50) Scary to try and walk your dog to go to the bathroom and there is no where to do so on this property.

Great location to stay while you’re at CASV and beautiful views!

We enjoyed our say here while our son was playing at All Star Village. The views of each level of the house was nice and we got to spend some time using the kayaks. It was a great choice to stay here!

would come again - great value for a lake house!

Good stay, house was as advertised. Great value on the lake and very close to Cooperstown. Owner very responsive. Excited to come back!No yard to speak of, so road and lake are very close to the house (keep an eye on small kids).

Len never reached out to me during his stay or I would of fixed his very minimal problems. Not sure why Len gave us 2 stars instead of 5. We are on Air BNB also and have never had a bad review!! Always 5 stars!! The lake house is outstanding and I promise everyone would love it!!

Our stay at the lake house was comfortable and relaxing, exactly what we wanted for our thanksgiving break. Our host was thorough in communications and kept us informed throughout our stay, as it did snow, which was beautiful. The house was cozy and plenty warm with a big comfy couch for myself and my three teens to watch movies and play games. The kitchen is efficient, a little bare on some things for cooking, dinnerware or even having a glass of wine. Could use some stocking to have a proper meal. It is nice to have real glasses and not plastic.

Lake House

Great location, as shown, every bedroom with a patio and view of the lake, Kayacks for puttering around lake, Cooperstown nearby, favorite restaurant: Blue Mingo. Great time to be there (Just after Labor day. One Note for pet owners, There is no real place to walk a dog so needs to be transported off property to relieve themselves

Great view!

Our family really enjoyed this house on our trip to Cooperstown. The view was amazing, we enjoyed the deck space very much. We used the grill, that was great to have. There isn’t a lot of yard space but the deck space was all my family needed. We enjoyed using dock and the kayaks and the paddle board. The host communicated with me and answered my questions which I appreciate! The house has a large couch with was nice for my large family. I would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful view. Lake was not easily accessible. House was not advertised accurately. Deck and furniture needs updating. Safety issues for elderly people or small children.

Thanks for the response. We have stairs right to our dock for easy access to the lake. It is a lake front house right on water you can’t get any better access. Lydia I understand maybe hard for 80+ years olds. I have 3 young children 3,5 and 7 and it definitely is completely safe for children. Kids absolutely love the dock and lake house! Furniture on deck has been updated today. Thank you!! Dereck
