Ground level duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 private bedrooms (1 king bed; 2 twin beds) and 1 full bathroom (separate soaking tub and shower). Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, standard coffeemaker - no dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a DUPLEX. This listing is for the DOWNSTAIRS private unit. The upstairs unit may be rented separately and may be occupied by another guest during your stay. You may hear guest movement above.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tv's in bedroom/living room, fully equipped kitchen, outside picnic table.
* Bed/bath linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

It was a perfect location and we had a wonderful time! Shonna was great to work with and very responsive. I just wish our upstairs neighbors weren’t so loud and inconsiderate; and their dogs barked for two days straight - that was NOT enjoyable.

Great little beach spot....

Easy check-in/checkout, friendly owner, friendly staff, perfect location with lagoon on one side, beach on the other. Short drive to everything. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property by the beach

This property was PERFECT for our week vacation at Gulf Shores! The house was just as pictured, and very convenient location wise. The neighborhood is quiet, and peaceful. You don't hear much noise at all from the strip even though you are so close to the main area! We absolutely loved it, and would pick this place again.

Great Place!

Pictures are very accurate to the condo. Very close to tons of restaurants, souvenir shops & the beach! It’s a little walk to the beach, but there is close public beach access parking available if needed. Would stay here again!

We had a great time the property was a short drive to beach access and short drive to eat as well it was quite at night too i am glad cause we had a 7 year old wife us she was comfortable at night

Just a couple blocks from paid parking to the beach. Not in the middle of downtown but clise enough for convenience!
