Enjoy a calm, relaxing experience at this bright and roomy centrally-located 4 BR, 2 bath St. Paul Midway home. Newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bath, freshly refinished hardwood floors, elegant Craftsman era oak woodwork, equisite built-in bookshelves and buffet. Enjoy the charm of this completely updated vintage home. Fully equipped kitchen includes all new appliances (December 2022).

Handy location on bus line, light rail access to St. Paul & Minneapolis downtowns, Target Center, Mall of America, Vikings and Twins stadiums, University of Minnesota, Target Center. Near several private colleges, just blocks away from Allianz (soccer) Field, walk to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, Can-Can Wonderland (fun place--look it up!) and more.

We are highly experienced top-rated attentive Premier hosts with 10 years of short-term rental experience. We recently added this platform to our property offerings.

There are two exterior cameras on the frames of the front and back doors to monitor entry and exit.

Nice place in an easy to access part of town. Had some hiccups upon check-in, but the owner was fantastic in addressing them quickly and to our satisfaction. Property has two bathrooms, which could be a challenge with the rooms full but they have plenty of hot water and do well to place mirror locations in and out of the bedrooms for people to do their AM prep without tying up the bathrooms.

Actually, we were only there for sleeping hours, as our mission was to spend time with a newborn grandson, and assist in his care. (night owl baby). So although we did not utilize the kitchen or living area very much, we found the house to be charming and comfortable.

It was like staying a Grandpa's house with an up to date well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the short walk to the Ginko Cafe on shady streets pasts neighbors' front yard flower gardens.

Holiday Get Away

Great Location

We had a great stay. In town for a sporting event and it was a quick and easy ride to downtown. Clean rooms, updated kitchen, and plenty of great areas to enjoy with the nice fall weather. It was perfect for our group.

Great 4 bedroom family home

Our family was in town for a wedding. This house was a great place to gather for a family meal or to relax when needed. Great neighborhood. House is clean and has character.

Twin Cities Disc Golf Getaway

We enjoyed a comfy stay at this cozy house in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is within a reasonable distance from basically everywhere we wanted to go in Twin Cities. I would definitely recommend a stay here when in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area!

Convenient location and an enjoyable stay

Nice house with four good sized bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood. The location is within walking distance to light rail, coffee shops, restaurants and a micro-brewery. Temperature reached near 90 a few days, but each bedroom and the downstairs dining area was equipped with an AC window unit that kept it comfortable.

Perfect place!

My daughter was looking for her wedding dress with our family and friends and said yes to the dress! The home was perfect for our girls weekend! Homey feel and great time around a the dining room table!

I have lived in the Twin Cities area all my life, and have traveled extensively with my husband, Curt, and our three (now grown) children. I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Minnesota (B.A. in Spanish and M.A. in Educational Psychology), and worked at a private 4-year university in the Twin Cities from March 2000 through February 2020, when I took a new position at one of the metro area’s finest community colleges. Curt completed a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Minnesota, where we met as college gymnasts. He has worked in housing design and real estate for several decades. We love everything about housing and hosting! Curt and I started hosting on another popular platform in December 2014, and we are thoroughly enjoying the experience and are excited to join the VRBO community! We have met literally thousands of fascinating people over the years. It has been so satisfying to open our home and share this additional fabulous location with others.

This home is beautiful, all brand new, and centrally located for any number of excursions. It's near several of the Twin Cities excellent private colleges (Augsburg, Bethel, Concordia, Hamline, Macalester, Minneapolis College of Art & Design, Saint Catherine University, University of Northwestern, University of Saint Thomas), as well as the University of Minnesota--both the Saint Paul and Minneapolis campuses. We are 1.2 miles from the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, host of "The Great Minnesota Get-Together," a can't-miss event held each summer. We are within easy access to many sports venues--less than a mile from Allianz Field, home of Minnesota United Soccer Team. And just 4 blocks to the light rail line that will take you to US Bank Stadium for a Vikings game, Target Field for the Minnesota Twins, Xcel Center to see Minnesota Wild, and easy access to University of Minnesota Gophers sports. Easy access to Mall of America via the light rail, as well as smaller local shopping malls.
