Located in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood; The Modern Boho is great for families, friends or solo travelers alike. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding for up to 10 guests. Conveniently located by the 60 with quick access to shopping plazas, hiking trails, golfing, downtown Gilbert or Mesa, Spring training and driving distance from the Cardinals Stadium.
The space
The Modern Boho is over 1600 SF on a little under a quarter acre lot with luscious green grass and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the many beautiful days and evenings Arizona has to offer. Each bedroom includes room darkening curtains, sound machines and iPhone chargers to utilize during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is needed to cook and serve home cooked meals. The coffee station has a Keurig iced/hot coffee maker and a pour over coffee maker. There are two workstations in two bedrooms, with one including a quick and easy to use printer for convenient printing needs. The living room features a large 110" projector screen and surround sound audio for an in home theatre experience as well as a smart TV for daytime use. Plenty of room to park your Rv behind the gate, on the side yard, and plug into the 30 amp outlet while you stay!

Guests are free to enjoy the front yard, backyard, and the entire home. The garage is not accessible and we ask that you do not use the fireplace.
