Masseria. Tucked down a shady country lane in the heart os Sonoma's wine country. A solar heated pool, A/C, new hot tub, Bocce court and zip line offer guests a playground of delightful distractions and the charming, outdoor areas to sip wine and relax. This listing is not new, change in management, guests reviews available upon request.
Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited. Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am.
Sonoma County TOT is 12% and will be charged to all reservations.

Lovely house and back yard
The house house was perfect for us. Big kitchen, dinning and living room. We enjoyed to activities in the large yard, horse shoes and more. We used the hot tub, the large beautiful pool was not heated. I believe it is heated by solar panels when the weather is better.

Sonoma Masseria
A perfect little home for our stay; there was nothing the house didn't have for our needs, and it was nice how everything was labeled so we didn't have to hunt for things. The outdoor area has fun for kids ages 3 to 103. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Sonoma!

We had a nice time. There was a lot of traffic noise, which we suspect was caused by being on a detour for another road that was under repair.

Almost Perfect
Reserved this property for a family vacation with my husband, daughters, and parents. We planned on visiting Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco, and Russian River Valley. This house was in the perfect location for those trips! The house itself was beautiful, and the outdoor amenities were amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area. The problems we had with the property were pretty major, though. The internet did not work until the last day of our trip. My daughters both had summer classes they are taking and needed internet. The washing machine was broken and we had not been informed prior to arrival- we would have packed differently. There is no AC in the house, and when I called to ask about it, the property manager said to open a window! The temperatures outside were in the high 90's opening a window does not fix that. The temperature inside the house reached 87 degrees!! That is dangerous when you are talking about elderly! Overall, the property manager responded in a timely manner, but not with real solutions. Except she did offer to have her housekeeper do our laundry, and I told her I did not feel comfortable with that. Again, the house is beautiful and in a great location. If the problems were fixed, and AC was installed (there is central heat), then I think this would be a perfect place to stay.

Lovely place with wonderful grounds
The grounds with the pool and hot tub, fire pit and several places to sit and eat/talk/laugh are the best part, even on the hot days. Playing in the pool was terrific. Spent the most time there. Had a great time.
