3 way stop and shop country grocery within steps for your gas, with a delicious grill and anything else you may have forgotten!



The Space:

The house is very roomy. When you walk in door you enter the living room. Behind living room is a small hallway. To the right is the kitchen and off from that is the sunroom/dining area. Lots if space for gathering. To the left of the hallways are a full bath, and one bedroom with queen bed. To the left of that is a bedroom with queen bed, another bathroom with laundry area, front load washer and dryer, then another bedroom with king bed. The bathroom is in between bedroom 1 and 2.

A nice roomy garage when the grill is stored. Your more than welcome to use the garage. Same key works both garage and house. Lots of parking

Other Things to Note:

If the driveway isn't convenient parking for your boat you are welcomed to park in gravel areas. You may also park in the yard if yard isn't very wet.

Trash area is a large trash can located in the garage. Please put all trash IN A BAG and dropped in large can. No boxes or loose trash. Trash service will not pick up if not in bags.
