This was a wonderul place to stay. Only a mile from beaver creek safe harbor marina. Good outdoor and indoor space. Very clean and the host was fantastic with excellent communication as needed. We would absolutely recomend and stay again!

Wonderful weekend stay. The house is perfect. Heather is so accommodating and responsive. We definitely will be back ago with our family to enjoy the lake and this house. Loved the added roof on the deck.

Perfect location for what we need for Memorial weekend. Back deck is perfect for families.

Overall it was the perfect place for our family. . The bedding and linens could use a refresh Or at least additional blankets for the cool nights For a family of seven cooking breakfast was a challenge. Recommend larger skillets and larger baking sheets. Only one TV and would like to have had at least one bedroom with TV for small kids. We would rent again and just bring extras that are needed.

Great Location and Clean

This was our second stay. It is not fancy but it is clean and they added a cover to the deck out back. The location is fantastic. We love staying near BeavrCreek Marina. Close to several landmarks.

So close to the marina!

Clean, well appointed small home. Everything that you need to live a great lake life except the boat. Plenty of easy parking for the boat though. Covered deck is absolutely wonderful for evening conversation and morning coffee. Communication with Heather is incredibly easy and she is quick to respond. This was our 3rd of 4th stay at one of the Parmley properties. We'll be back.

Everything was perfect for our family. Heather was exceptional for being responsive and accommodating. This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is perfect for time at the lake with the family.

Our Stay

Overall the house is great. It was in a great location. I wished they had either Roku or an Amazon fire stick on their TV because the few stations they had were from the 80s to 50s which was disappointing. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the front porch light or the lower back light My wife was a little grossed out from all the black hairs that were in the spare bathroom, but I didn’t even notice until she said something. Plenty of supplies in the house too. We’ll be back.

Third Timer!

This was our third day at the lake house at Beavercreek. We have enjoyed every minute of all three stays. Nothing compares to the view from the deck of the sunsets. So close to the lake for boating! Very comfortable for six people to congregate and sleep here. Always plenty of firewood available for the fire pit! This is becoming a tradition for our family so will hopefully not be the last time we book this house. Heather is very quick to respond to any questions. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Beaver Creek

This property had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of kitchenware and other necessities. It was a lovely property. It was a bit difficult to access the grill and fire pit because of the slope in the back of the property and we are not very good with that many stairs. The property needs a little TLC in the bathrooms. There were a couple of dents in the smaller bedroom and a we couldn’t get a couple of the outlets to work in the master bedroom. Communication with the property owner was excellent.

3 bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 full baths, satellite t.v., board games, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, upper deck is open, lower deck is covered with swing, grill and fire pit. Plenty of parking for several vehicles and boats. Linen, towels, washcloths are provided as well as starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, soap/shampoo and firewood. Lovely spacious clean home.
