Nestled away on a calm street, this house lives LARGE but has a restful feel too. Whether visiting for gamedays, weddings or family functions, this house provides all the space you need. There is backyard space to spread out, play games, friends and family can gather on the deck, or visit inside in the large living room. Convenient to downtown Athens, Sanford Stadium, Beechwood shopping center or 5 points, you can get to it all in minutes. Separate basement rental is also available if needed.

Nice accommodations!

We enjoyed the house for the weekend as we were visiting Athens. The location was perfect for our visit. The house was as described and would certainly stay there again.

Great Gameday Weekend Retreat

Our family of 6 stayed there for the UGA home opener, and it really was a home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped, it was convenient to campus, and our kids enjoyed staying in a house over a hotel! Thanks for a great weekend!

Quick Weekend Trip

We came to Athens to stay for the weekend for a wedding. This house was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and neat, location was perfect and I check in/communication was quick and easy! Will definitely recommend this place and stay again in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

What a great property! We were in town for the South Carolina game and this served as a great home base. Was so much better than being in a hotel. Very clean property at a great location. The host could not have been more helpful - easy check in and great communication along the way. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Family Gathering

Our family had a great time while in Athens! The house was very roomy for our stay. It was in a great are close to everything we wanted to see and do. The host is very communicative and wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend renting from here!

Incredible Stay in this Beautiful Home

Highly recommend this beautiful home in Athens! In a quiet neighborhood very close to town and accessible to all the amenities Athens has to offer. Place is perfect for young kids with available pack & play, kids utensils, and some items baby proofed. Owner was highly responsive, easy check in & check out process, and had great restaurant recommendations. I highly encourage staying in this beautiful and humble abode!

Base for UGA Move-In

The house was great and very convenient to campus and downtown. Hosts had great recommendations and were very quick to respond to any emails or questions. Will likely stay here in future as our daughter is a freshman and we will be in Athens a great deal in the years to come!

Great house!

We had a wonderful experience renting this house for a weekend. It was CLEAN and had plenty of space for us. It was exactly as described. The house is in a convenient location to downtown while still being in a quiet area. Brian was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend!

Comfortable stay in downtown Athens

We were visiting family in Watkinsville and stayed at this property for a weekend in June. The home was comfortable and well designed, perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and there were lots of thoughtful touches (like plentiful soap, towels, and paper products.) The owner was extremely communicative and stayed in touch through the entire length of our visit. We did not encounter any major issues, but it was nice to know we could easily contact him should the need arise. Home appears to have been recently updated as there were very few signs of wear on the fixtures and furnishings. We appreciated staying in a well-maintained home.

Weekend stay

Stayed Fri and Sat of a non-game weekend. Location…Home is in a great location if you are not planning to walk into downtown(which we don’t). Tucked on a quiet street but with easy access to Beechwood Plaza area. We found this location to be perfect for us. Property Condition… Deck on back and front porch swing were great. House was clean. Upstairs has carpet but was in good condition. Communication…Straight forward comms on VRBO and had no need to contact outside instructions provided. Would definitely prioritize this property on future stays. 5 stars for me based on costs of property.
