Modern and newly renovated 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom house for up to 8 people. Perfect and quiet location close to the Hard Rock Casino and walking distance to Dania Casino. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 5 minutes away! Very close to Hollywood boardwalk and beaches (Also 5 min). A playground for kids and field is located within walking distance.

The home consists of your own private parking!

Perfect Location

The location was perfect, property was clean and spacious. The layout is not so great like the mirror was the headboard of the bed. We needed the mirror on top of the dresser. Also we feel like the towels were not clean, we found hair in it. The owner did not leave any extra of anything (soap, shampoo, spices, etc) the house was bare. But overall, the mattress were great and the place fulfill our purpose.

Weird

Got big ass lizards running under garage car port. There was a renter that lived in the back part off the house, I am sure it would have been different if he rented a de-attached building but it was a block off portion of home. Also there was no communication about the renter because I thought I rented a vacant house. The only thing good thing I can say about the house is the location. Also the day we left, there was a l was elderly lady park out front watching us packing the car to go home, she did not say a word even after being greeted. Just to edited for me

Convenient, Comfortable and Quiet!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The location is very convenient to grocery stores, the beach, Gulfstream Park and casinos. The apartment is spacious and comfortable in a nice residential neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioner works great! FYI, the house is not stocked with some of the staples we have found in other VRBO homes. No kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters or dish towels. Nice laundry room but no detergent or dryer sheets. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for couples or a small family.
