Apartment has been uniquely decorated and renovated, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts of home. Apartment / Suite is air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen. Modern appliance w/above range microwave, full size refrigerator w/ice-makers, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, toaster, pots and pans make home cooking a breeze. Bathroom: Hairdryer, makeup mirror, handheld shower, starter kit of toilet amenities and set of towels supplied. Pool area: Sheridan Suites offers large heated pool with exterior hot water shower and pool deck area. Cozy gazebo and outdoor dining tables. 2 BBQ stations, plenty of sun and shade. Each Suite has chairs and side tables with Pool view. Smoking is permitted outside only in designated areas. Only registered guests may enter the property. No visitors, no guests, no party.

Great stay

This was clean and nice. Quiet. The pool was awesome. Great for our family. They were very accommodating for us to bring our luggage early and checkin early!!

The staff was very nice also they give us a great welcome we love the pool and the room has everything that we needed I will give a 10 and plus and definitely we’re coming back

HORRIBLE LOCATION DO NOT STAY

This property is not like the pictures whatsoever, it’s like being in the ghetto, it was filthy. It smells so bad of bleach and chlorine, they were sketchy men staying there that were checking out, my daughters, which made us all feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, we check the beds for bug bugs. Needless to say we did not stay there. We were told from management all of our issues and they told us we will get our money back, only to lie to us to tell VRBO we are not getting our money back. My father has a lung disease who is termini ill, and could not stay with a horrible smell of bleach and chlorine. That was a very important issue and they knew about it, but they did not do anything to help us out we told him the situation and he said we will get our money back. But now they tried to dispute it and now they’re saying that we are not getting our money back. Stay away any good reviews from this must be paid.

atmosphere.

3br was dark and dreary. had to request clean linen for sofa bed. facecloths were thin and not enough.Requested more but never received. photos of all rooms should be posted on the VRBO site. I rate this accommodation the lowest number available.

The photos looked very nice but the apartament was poor!!

Very disappointed! The apartment was dirty and there wasn’t enough water to bathe!!

Thanks for your review. We would kindly disagree on the Neighborhood. Dania Beach is strongly upcoming Neighborhood, with planty to offer. It Is well positioned between North Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. About 1.3 Miles from the Beaches and Parks. Retail and Entertainment. Hard Rock , Gulfstream and Dania Casinos. FLL Airport and Cruise port. We have excellent and most responsive Police Department. Food , Banks, Supermarket is in walking distance. We have several studios and sometimes our guests are confused on the pictures, though the are all the same class and type.
