-Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
-No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties or events. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals that are enforced.
No outdoor music is allowed at anytime. Palm Springs requires a signed rental contract, photo ID, and vehicle license info.
-Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out is 10 a.m. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
-Pool heating available (seasonally, for a fee). Please inquire if interested. Spa heating is included with all rentals.
-Dogs welcome! There is a maximum of two dogs allowed (under 75 pounds) and $99 non-refundable pet charge. Let us know upon booking.
– For stays longer than 29 nights, guests are responsible for gas and electricity usage from check-in to check-out. A utility deposit will be collected prior to arrival.
