The Copper Kettle Lodge by Tranquility Retreats is conveniently located between Clear Creek State Park, Cook Forest & Allegheny National Forest. Enjoy nearby activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, ATV trails, horseback riding, rock climbing, & more! Explore Elk County & local historical towns with quaint shopping, wineries, breweries, & Elk viewing. Larger cities are within approx. a 2-hour drive(Pittsburgh, State College, Erie, etc.).

THE SPACE:
Copper Kettle Lodge was designed for creating lasting memories with family & friends. This rustic Lodge has upscale amenities & offers:

GUEST ACCESS:
- Guests have year-round access to the main Lodge, Game shed, Beer shed, Hot tub & backyard Firepit.

- Outdoor entertainment activities like grilling, & outdoor games are available year-round, but may have limited access in the Winter. *NOTE: octagon deck will be locked during the Winter season

- The Guest shed is available year-round for an extra charge. *NOTE: during cold spells in the Winter, it may get a little chilly w/ the limited electric heat.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Fully stocked kitchen including Instant Pot & air fryer – just bring food, beverages, and personal items!

- Sleeps a maximum of 12 overnight guests: 10 in the Main house, 2-4 in the Guest house (additional charge), plus couches in the Main house & Game shed.

Our family reunion was excellent, The Copper Kettle had something for everyone- the kids loved the game room and catching fireflies in the backyard. The adirondack chairs around the fire pit made for great evening talks and making s’mores. Close location to Cook Forest..beautiful hikes. The fun park with the rented pavilion made for the perfect place for all family members to spend a day. We loved recalling memories at Cook Forest as children and making new memories. Thank you for the perfect place to stay

We had an excellent stay at the CKL. Wonderful hosts, who quickly responded to any questions we had. Extremely clean property in cabin and all out buildings. Cabin had all the amenities you could need including strong wifi, which the kids were happy for. Great nights spent by the fire pit and throughout the property. Great locations with a short drive to restaurants and Cooks Forrest attractions.

We absolutely loved staying at Copper Kettle Lodge! The cabin is beautiful and so clean! They have everything you need there. The fire pit and game cabin were a hit with the kids! We will most definitely come again!

Celebrated our bride-to-be here for her bachelorette weekend! We were able to check in a little early so we could set up some decorations for our bride! The house was beautiful. The hot tub was nice with it being cold outside and the check in and out process was super easy! The WiFi didn’t work but the host was super responsive on trying to help us get it figured out. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything about this place was incredible! Not to far off the beaten path, but secluded. The place was cozy and had plenty to keep us entertained. It was a wonderful weekend getaway! We would definitely love to come back!

Amazing property with all of the amenities you could want. Really spacious master bedroom, hot tub, and game cabin that the kids really loved were some highlights. All of the appliances, electronics, etc are high-end and well cared for. Hosts were excellent communicators, and the muffins and well stocked coffee supplies when we arrived were a thoughtful touch. Just a few things to be aware of: (1) no dishwasher, (2) located off of a main road where cars and trucks travel fast, and (3) three of four bedrooms in the main cabin are up a steep and narrow set of steps, so those rooms may not be ideal for people with mobility issues or young kids. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! Very comfortable and great amenities. My buddies and I stayed here while bear hunting. It was a big upgrade from the rustic cabins we usually stay in that have no running water or bathrooms. What a difference it makes to be able to come back to a warm place, take a hot shower, eat, soak in the hot tub and watch a movie. I will rent this again next year!

Our stay at Copper Kettle Lodge was wonderful! Upon our arrival, the place was spotless, provisions were excellent as described. The kitchen had everything on hand and all you would ever need for your stay. Nice beds, plenty of bath linens and bath supplies. The Main bedroom was super large. Much more than expected. We had 13 in our family group and had sufficient room inside, we didn't feel cramped even with the intermittent rain we had. The house was decorated beautifully with a country flair, our favorite. Outback, the elevated patio area over the picnic table was nice as we hung out there at times. The hot tub was a big plus. The grandkids never wanted to get out of it. When they did, it was off to the game room. There was plenty of parking area. We had 4 vehicles and could have parked 4 more.The outside was very well maintained. The Lodge was very close to many things to do. Small stores, a flea market and other attractions. Sights to see at Cooks Forest.The 2.5 mile tube float on the Clarion River was great!

Elk County & Historical towns close by with quaint shopping, wineries, breweries, distilleries, drive-in theater, Elk viewing, & larger cities within a 2hr drive. So much to see & do!

The Copper Kettle Lodge has so many unique features. The main Lodge is equipped with upgraded features from bluetooth speakers built-in to each bathroom, USB plugs & nightlight outlets, a dual-sided Fireplace, 2 twin bed fort sleeping cubbies for kids & lots of accommodations complimentary for your stay!
On-site, there are several Sheds that offer additional entertainment for our guests. A Game room Shed has lots of fun packed into it, from an air hockey & shuffleboard table to a Smart TV with DVD player & DVD's.
A Beer Shed has a custom Bar, electronic Dartboard, mini fridge for beverages, Smart TV with surround sound & some fun disco lighting!
For stays exceeding 10 guests, or for an additional charge during the Memorial Day-Labor Day season, a large Guest Shed is available to accommodate 1-4 more guests. A Living room with Smart TV, fireplace, breakfast nook area with Keurig & 2nd floor Loft with queen bed, make a nice private getaway from the main Lodge.
Also during the Memorial Day-Labor Day season, a grill, outdoor seating, outdoor games & a raised octagon Deck with a firepit & bar make outdoor entertaining a blast!
