Family Friendly Waterfront Log Cabin on on the Wild & Scenic Clarion River

Beautiful Riverfront Log Cabin built in 2021. Bike, Hike, Fish Hunt, Swim, Peddle, Paddle or just relax in this Family Friendly Cabin! This is the PERFECT location for all your year round adventures in the PA Wilds! The cabin is situated DIRECTLY on the Wild and Scenic Clarion River in Elk County PA, approximately 1/2 mile downstream from the Irwin Boat Launch. Lots of options for River Adventures! RV hookup for Electric and Water. Every season is wonderful. My favorite float is to put in at the Arroyo boat launch and float right to the cabin! Enjoy beautiful views of the River from the wrap around deck. Great indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the beauty of the Allegheny National Forest and State Game Lands surrounding you. Cook Forest, Farmers Inn, Historic Ridgway, Benezette Elk Herd, the Elk Country Visitors Center, Straub Brewery and Kinzua bridge are all nearby. Linens and towels included. The cabin was amazing! It was clean,the kitchen had everything you could need, & the location along the river was stunning too! This property is better in person than in the pictures. Beautiful home on the banks of the Clarion River. Quiet and serene. The porch was huge and we sat on it both nights of our stay where we listened to the river softly flowing and watched the eagle fly up and down the river (amazing). Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We didn't spend any time in the loft area as it was just me, the hubby, and the pup and the weather was terrific so we spent more time outside on the deck. Loved the shuffleboard game in the basement. Clean and comfy. Hal was terrific to deal with. Check in and out were easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect get away.

Its right along the river. We float from the boat launch to the cabin. The kids spend hours in the river throughout the day. Enjoy camp fires at night.

Cabin was even better than the pictures! So peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed was already there aside from food and our personal items. Clean and tidy at our arrival. The river was beautiful and shallow enough cabin side for kids to safely play and catch critters. My son caught a very nice small mouth bass right in front of the cabin. The owner was great, and quickly responded to any questions. He was super helpful and extremely friendly. We did an amazing kayak trip up river and were able to float right down to the cabin. We are already planning a second trip! Honestly one of our best vacations to date.

Perfect Cabin Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin on the river for our annual girls weekend! The cabin had everthing we needed. We are looking forward to returning again!

Everything we were hoping for and more

My family absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. It was everything we had hoped it would be and more. The cabin is beautiful inside and out. It is modern with all the comforts of home. It is perfect for a family getaway. The location is breathtakingly scenic. We saw deer, turkey, otters, and bald eagles during our stay. Hal was wonderful to communicate with and responsive. You won’t be disappointed.
