Welcome to your next family vacation destination! Our 4 bedroom home in lovely Riverbend is perfect for your next family getaway or group vacation. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for 11 guests, there's plenty of room for everyone. Fully fenced yard for your furry family to join you on your trip.

Relax together in the cozy family room, with plenty of books, toys & board games for all ages. Take advantage of the outdoor area complete with BBQ & firepit.

This is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city or the mountains.

This is our personal home that we will not be using for the time it is available to book. What our home may lack in polish (minor wear & tear; maybe a doodle on the wall), it makes up for in charm and amenities! We hope our home will bless you as much as it does us!

Our home is a 4 level split. The upstairs level contains the master bedroom with king bed and crib. Directly adjacent is the kids room so you can sleep near your small children (3 kids) or comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Should you be traveling with a second infant, there is a pack and play & sheets available as well. The upstairs level is complete with a full bathroom.

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located in the lower levels and stay quite cool in the summer months! The 3rd bedroom is located adjacent to the den with wood burning natural fireplace and second full bathroom on this level also contains the washer/dryer which is available for your use. The lowest room also contains the gym equipment and has a enclosed vestibule which is a great place for pets to sleep!

The firepit is located on a concrete area with comfy seating and we also have a small deck with grill and seating area and patio lights for outdoor dining. We unfortunately can't provide firewood during your stay. BBQ is available complete with propane and tools for you to barbeque with.
