There is absolutely NO SMOKING of ANY kind allowed inside or outside of house. You will be charged a fine if any evidence is found of this.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. PLEASE be honest. We can sleep 6 adults comfortably and any more than this will be too crowded. This is a private home and you are responsible for all persons in and out of this home. And PLEASE do not sneak pets in. We will know and you will be charged the pet fee.

Let us know if anything is broken upon arrival or if you happen to break something while you are staying here. Again, if you break something, we will know. PLEASE be honest. We would rather you let us know first, than to have us find it. I appreciate honesty and we can work out whatever was broken.
