Unko Kev's Hale, Aloha lives here.
This is a two bedroom one bath property with vaulted ceilings and over 1500 sq ft of space
Patio has mountain views and a BBQ and dart board.
Quite cul-de-sac escape 20 minutes from the strip and 10 minutes from Nellis Air force Base.
Full kitchen, very big living room and dining room with a Pac Man machine. This property can comfortably fit 5 people and we are pet friendly. If you want to be in Las Vegas but away from the crowd this is the place to be. This property is extremely quite and very laid back.
This house is setup like a duplex so host lives next door but nothing is shared but the driveway.

This place was very nice! Basic amenities as listed, photos are representative of what the place actually looks like. It was spacious, with 2 queens in private bedrooms and another queen/full in the living room. Everything was in good shape in the property. It is about a 20-25 minute drive to the strip. Local shopping has all the necessary stores, although this isn't likely a municipality where you will spend hours shopping at local stores. Host was super responsive when I had a question.

Kevin is quick to reply to any issues. Very peaceful home. Lots of kitchen necessities. We had everything we needed for our cozy getaway. This was our second visit and I’m sure we will request to rent on our next vacation.

The house was clean and comfortable, felt safe and quite, the house is about 20-25 minutes from the convention center that we were attending, I would have liked to be closer but the house filled all our needs

Overall the house was comfortable. But from the pictures and the description we expected a single family home. In fact, it is a home with two of the 4 bedroom doors barred shut, with somebody living in those two rooms and the garage. The Roommate also has a barking dog that doesn't stop barking until he brings it in the house . And bring your own bath mat, you aren't going to want to step on the one that's there. And there is no thermostat control. If you get cold or hot, there's nothing you can do about it. The temperature is preset by the homeowner and you have to live with it.

It was a very spacious unit at the end of a cul de sac. The area was safe and quiet. A library backed one side of the house and the backyard bordered an elementary school. The fence was concrete blocks. Only one neighbor on the north and they were very quiet. The neighbor to the left of the driveway was very friendly. We had 2 dogs and they loved the spacious backyard. We spent most of our time, when we were there, on the covered patio! There is a nice table out there. We didn’t watch TV but there are plenty for everyone. Dart board needs darts and there is a video PacMan game. If you go to Red Rock Canyon and leave by 7, it’s about 35-40 minutes. If you get there before 8, you don’t have to pay a reservation fee. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

Fun spot for a vegas get away

Laid back property just a skip and hop away from the strip. quiet clean and the aloha vibe makes for a comfortable stay. We brought two dogs and it couldn’t have been a more perfect stay.

Listed as exceptional. Many disappointments beginning with door handle falling off in my hand when we entered. The property was neat but not really clean. Hair in bath mat, dirty bathroom rugs, dust/hair around coffee bar and under table. Kitchen trash can had a foul smell. We did not use kitchen since we were expected to wash and put away all dishes and we did not have time to wait for dishwasher. Inferior bedding and towels. There was nothing superior about this property. Sorry.
