The house was perfect for our stay. Just as described and was very comfortable for the four of us. If we ever find ourselves back in Vegas in the future, we’ll be sure to stay there again.

This condo was certainly in the right place, as we wished to stay away from possible heavy congestion around the strip! It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in North Las Vegas, about 20 to 25 minutes from the famed strip. The condo is convenient to stores, gas stations and most importantly for us...restaurants. We didn't have to travel far for great reasonably priced food. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. And Mother Nature was not kind for our visit, as the temperatures were much higher than we are used to. The air conditioning had no problem keeping up to meet the demand. Erica was helpful and very responsive at every point from the start of reservations on through check out! We would stay here again if in the area.

This is an excellent location in a lovely residential area with a nice park nearby for morning walking. Air conditioning was excellent as was the kitchen and TV. Shops and food is an easy drive as are the off-strip casinos and the mountains. We reached out to the Host for one small issue and had our solution within a minute. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again.

The property was great. It was clean and welcoming. Our only frustration was the temperature. It was extremely hot when we arrived and it took all night to cool down and I don’t think it got below 76 degrees the entire time we were there. The temperature especially in the master bedroom was very warm. I would suggest the owners not completely turn off the air during the hot months because the unit isn’t powerful enough to cool the home before renters arrive. Everything else was amazing. We loved the location and the house met our needs for that trip.

A very nice stay

House was exactly as advertised. Bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were large. The open floor plan was very nice. I would definitely stay here again .

This location was very clean, the host was very prompt and friendly when we had a request. I like some of our friends who stayed in questionable areas, this home was in a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. The kitchen has the bare minimums so make sure to bring essentials like measuring utensils and pans for the oven. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

The owner was prompt and attentive to all of my needs. The 3 bedrooms were very spacious and we enjoyed the full kitchen. Great for a big group! Will be staying there again next time around for sure!

Very clean property. Good communication with the host. As advertised. We had trouble with the ozone purifier which was left running, which we were unaware of. This was an oversight. Had to wait outside for a couple of hours in the heat while airing out the property. Usually these kind of purifier is only used in industrial setting.

This house was supposed to be a smoke free house. As soon as we walked in the smell of smoke was strong. I reached out to the host and she said her cleaning team did not smell anything when they came to clean so she did nothing but told us to open up windows to air out the house. I would not recommend this house if you want a smoke free place to stay. The day before we left I tried to get into the house and was locked out for an hour trying to get ahold of the host to figure out why the code was not working.
