Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th floor Balcony Suite is on the top floor overlooking the pool and ocean. This condo has a small table on the balcony if you wish to wake up and enjoy your cup of coffee on the balcony. There is a new queen sized sleeper sofa (March 2022) in the living room with a 32" flat screen tv TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need including a 4 burner stove and oven, renovated in January 2022. The bathroom was also renovated to include a walk in shower and quartz countertops. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a 19" standard TV. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit clean, plenty towels, housekeeping good. Inadequate kitchen tools, pots, pans. Impossible to figure out how to operate the tv and no instructions, just channel list. Overall ok, I give it a 1-10 score of 7. All negative things could easily remedied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good. We appreciated the site plus the environnement. Only problem was the elevator which seemed to have a short circuit and was not responding to our demand... some of the back of the chairs around the pool need some cleaning probably due to the use of sun tan lotion.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beachers multiple times and we were told before we arrived that there was a broken door in the room we booked and we would get in a different room. My 80 yr old mother actually cried because we were not in the room we liked. We booked several weeks before but door was still broken?
