The condo is the perfect size and location for us. We have stayed there on 3 different occasions. Unfortunately , this time we had to cut our stay short by several days as my husband came down with CoVid. I did inform the office of this so any extra cleaning needed could be preformed to prepare for the next guest. We do love the condo, but I must say, it is starting to really show its age. The sliding door to the balcony has NO lock. It has been completely removed. I did report this the day we got there, but no one came to look at or fix it. (We used a walking cane to prevent it from possibly being open.) Also, the kitchen items are starting to get a little hodge podge ….no baking sheet for bread or cookies, a few floor tiles seem loose (you can feel them give and make a slight noise as you walk across them) and the water pressure in the shower is terrible. We were surprised at the limited towels we were given. 2 adults in the condo for 7 days and when we arrived, there were only 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels - with only 1 beach towel (I guess we were supposed to share it?). Giving each guest only one bath towel for a 7 day stay is not acceptable. I will say, when I called, they did bring us towels within the hour - but why did I need to ask??? If 2 towels is the standard now, please let your guest know in advance so they can bring their own! I am not sure if we will return to Quail Hollow in the future….. and that is a shame.
