A Beautiful, Large House in Delft with two 2-person beds

Relax in this calm, stylish, and modern private place. The house is fully equipped and you’ll only have to enjoy your stay! The house has a spacious, light living room with a glass back door that allows viewing the small, yet calming garden from the living room. If you like music, you can use the piano to play your favorite melodies!

On the other part of the ground floor is a clean and beautiful kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen has all the comforts such as an induction stovetop, an oven, and a microwave

The second floor has a small bedroom (Room 1) with a two-person firm bed (1.60x2.00 m). You’ll also find a toilet and a bathroom on this floor. No need to discuss who showers first, because the bathroom has two showers. If you need office space, you will find a spacious office room on the second floor with two desks and lots of natural light.

Room 2 is an open attic (no door!) with a large two-person soft bed (2.00x2.10 m) on the third (top) floor. The attic also has a washing machine that the housekeeper sometimes needs to access. She will discuss this with you and not just walk up to the attic.

Every room contains an energy-efficient HVAC system that refreshes the air continuously.

The house is ideal for one or two couples, or a family with 1 or 2 children (with a playground around the corner). There is plenty of free street parking in front of or behind the home.

Two bikes are available that you can use for free and you can safely park them in the lockable garden shed. We will try to accommodate you as much as we can, but please don't count on the bikes being available or functional throughout your stay.

We do not allow parties. Visitors are only welcome after approval; and although we love animals, we don’t allow pets.

Smoking and drugs are strictly not allowed!

The property is a private home, not a professional rental. The home is available for rent whenever the host is out of town.
