I highly recommend this rental to all who will be staying in Phoenix. The area is quite as very peaceful the rental is very clean with all new appliances and Streaming TV's as well for those who enjoy television the host is very responsive and willeet your needs

This was my second stay at this property, and it was just as outstanding as the first. The host is exceptionally organized, communicates clearly, and provides detailed instructions that make the entire experience—from booking through check-out—simple and stress-free.The unit is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It's evident that the host takes great pride in the property and pays close attention to every detail.One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet and peaceful the property is. During both of my stays, I never heard noise from neighboring units. I believe the host's clear communication and well-defined expectations help create a respectful environment that everyone enjoys.The location is another major advantage. It's conveniently close to Fry's Food & Drug, Whole Foods Market, Target, and plenty of excellent local restaurants. I especially enjoyed Craft 64, Daily Dose Old Town Bar & Grill, Crust Brothers Pizza, Maskadores Taco Shop, and Basil & Garlic—all great local favorites offering delicious food at reasonable prices.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained property with an exceptional host in a convenient, quiet location, I highly recommend staying here. Having now stayed twice, I can confidently say the quality and hospitality are consistently excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again on my next trip to Phoenix.

Welcoming stay

Everything about my stay was amazing. The place was very clean and bright. Being able to cook a meal and enjoy a relaxing night made my stay enjoyable. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Neighborhood quiet even with parking on the street. Overall, will book another stay.
