Our Casita was originally a mechanic shop, built in 1930 in the heart FQ Story District. Renovated in 2020, blending historic, industrial & modern features into a unique guest experience.
The Casita is a 924 sq. ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a fenced private entrance & yard. The kitchen features a microwave, coffee pot, hot plate, & toaster oven with charcoal grill outside. High speed internet & workspace. Under 2 miles from Downtown sports venues, entertainment, & a wide range of dining options.

This place was perfect for my son and I while we were visiting thr cinvention center daily. We were able to walk much of the time. Neighborhood was lovely and i got a nice run in too. Everything was clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend. Host bery responsive and helpful!

The host was very responsive. We had such an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable. I will look for availability at this property again first when we go to downtown Phoenix for future events. All the comforts of home in a pristine, historic neighborhood!

Really nice place to stay. The temperature was always comfortable as was the furniture. My kids enjoyed the Pac-Man arcade. It was a little off-putting at first, having to get around three cars to get to the gate for the stay, but after that we were happy to be there. The host was very easy to reach and was prompt in responding to me with my questions.

The casita was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and walking distance to restaurants (about a mile), ice cream (1/2 mile), and the Arizona State Fair. There was great communication with the hosts and I appreciated the coffee pods, snacks and water. Definitely recommended.

Jason's VRBO was just as he listed it. The place was quiet, clean, comfortable, and not far from Mortgage Matchup Center. Jason was reliable and responsive to my questions. I would for sure stay here again.

We love this place where we booked, everything was just so clean, the rooms are super nice, cozy and comfortable including super clean. The location was awesome, we booked near because we were attending a concert near by and it was just the best location. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. 10/10

Only stayed one night with friends but overall had a great experience. Really good communication with owner and he even let us check in an hour early which was very kind. Very clean place and fully stocked with dishes and silverware. AC was a big plus in the hot AZ weather.

Great but walk is far for older people

The property itself was wonderful. It was beautiful inside with a lovely private yard. The only thing that was difficult was that it was located behind the home that is street side and you couldnt park in the driveway. When we got there it was 113 degrees and taking our luggage to the back of the other home, from the street, through a locked gate was very difficult for us as we are older with major health issues. It would be great for any younger people, those with no health issues or in the winter months. The owner was very accommodating when we contacted him because we couldn't get the lockbox open at the gate. I would reccomend this property.

Clean, well appointed, convenient

The casita is private even though in a backyard. It is very comfortable and is outfitted with what we needed. Its location worked well for visiting our extended family in the area.

Nice place overall

We can tell pets were allowed and although pretty clean there was pet hair in places, as well as dander. The small bedroom needs dusting. Nice little place but not worth the price. We didn't know it would be behind a home which is fine. I didn't like parking on the road with high curbs because it scraped the bottom of my Chargers door. There was no dish rack but we were asked to wash dishes. Overall 4 stars. Thank you!

Our stay was great!

Both the check in process and check out process were very easy. The listing looks exactly like the actual property. The location is great very close to downtown.

Nice stay

We enjoyed the property. When we figured where to go for meals and provisions it became easier to get around.The property managers, Tonya & Jason were very helpful throughout the whole process.The only negatives were maneuvering along a small area in between cars and bushes on gravel. This was from the street to the Casita. We had a hard time opening up the lock to get the entrance key. The key and lock to enter was equally as difficult.We had a fine time.

Casita

This little gem could not have been any better! It is exactly as listed; pictured exactly as shown. We stayed for a week with our fur babies. They loved walking the neighborhood every night and the fenced in yard was a bonus! Everything you could want or need is in the Casita. Communication was quickly responded to; the place was clean and quiet. If we are back in the Phoenix area, we would definitely stay here again.

Cute comfortable casita

Cute casita behind owners house. Comfy beds, nice bathroom and kitchen and washer dryer. Owner response is very quick. Would stay here again.

Happy in Phoenix

The property was great, close to everything.I was just a little disappointed with some things, I felt it could have been cleaner, there were cob webs in the bathroom and in the living area, under the tv stand was dirty. The second bedroom by the bathroom, the bed was not desirable at all it had some plywood under the mattress. The rugs in the master bedroom was not clean and could have been a little more Comfortable as the floors are concrete. Kitchen area was great but again there was some misses the Keurig was dirty and there could have been more creamer for coffee, it only had 4 little pods. I’m not knit picking this is a really nice property and could be amazing with some upgrades.

Excellent stay

We needed a place to stay for two Christmas events that were in town and found Jason’s place to fit the description of what we were looking for. The place was very clean, check in was smooth, the area was private and close to the events we attended. Communication with Jason was easy and he responded immediately which made everything easier.
