1221- Ocean views-Private Balcony

Updated 7-20-25 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort. In Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building, in the lot just south of the resort or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. During Special Events - We cannot guarantee a parking spot.
• Beach access from the north access road.

You will LOVE our ocean view studio !! This is a perfect unit for the guests that want privacy and pools at a rate that doesn't break the bank. The key to this location is privacy !! its your little corner of the world. Wonderful Oceanview balcony so you can see the ocean & the river.

Kitchen is fully equipped – all utensils – pots, pans and cooking equipment. Kitchen appliances include Refrigerator – microwave, stove top twin burner
Extra large flat screen TV . This condo is located in the tower - on the 12th floor in the northwest - perfect view of the ocean & the river
Bath equipped with Tub with shower, Wireless internet
We have several units on this floor for families traveling together.

Daytona Beach Resort has a long list of amenities, but this is a resort ad the owner can not guarantee the use of amenities - check to see if indoor amenities are open
