Discover your lakeside haven in this stunning 5BR Beaver Lake vacation home. With a beautiful heated/chilled pool (Mar - Oct) and a year round hot tub overlooking the lake, a fully renovated interior, and easy access to local attractions, this retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Ideal for families or friends, create lasting memories in this picturesque escape.

PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS NOT ALLOWED & $1K FINE WILL BE ASSESSED AND EVICTION FOR BREAKING HOUSE RULES OR DISTURBING NEIGHBORS

The POOL is CLOSED during the winter season from November 1st to March 1st.

Pool Rules:
Please note that glass cups and containers are strictly prohibited around the pool to ensure safety and avoid damage. Any breaking may require draining and cleaning of the hot tub and in such cases a $1000 fee will be charged to cover the additional costs.

Hot Tub Rules:
Please note that no beverages are allowed in or around the hot tub, and glass containers are strictly prohibited to ensure safety and avoid damage. Any spills or breakage may require draining or excessive cleaning of the hot tub, and in such cases, a $300 fee will be charged to cover these additional costs.

Beautiful view of the lake, from all balconies. Home was spacious and accommodated 7 adults and 5 kids with room for more. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and the arcade games in the bottom level.

Great house and very clean! My group of 15 had no trouble finding places to sleep! Unfortunately wasn’t able to swim in the pool just because my group was outside for majority of our stay, but it looked like fun. Only nit picky complaint is that it’s located a little inconveniently, but nothing too crazy.

The house was very nice and the host was great, but the amount of beds that were represented in the listing were very misleading. The “pull outs” that were said to be in the kind bedrooms were chairs that leaned back into a tiny bed. While this might be ok for children, they were definitely not appropriate for adults. Also there were not nearly enough sheets and blankets to accommodate the amount of beds that were listed in the house.

Our big family of 14 had a great stay. We loved the house and the pool. We brought two air mattresses and it was perfect for sleeping arrangements! Lots of space.

The house has a great location, beautiful views, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It accommodated our large group well.Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The house was very dusty, including fans, cabinets, and surfaces. There were not enough comforters for all guests, and both bathrooms had mold.While communication with the host was good initially, they stopped responding after we mentioned the cleaning problems.

Great stay!

The house was beautiful and spotless. The pool/hot tub were amazing. The kitchen, etc was very well equipped. The furnishings/decor were impressive. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Lovely Family Getaway

My family and I just returned from a stay at this property and we had a wonderful time. The house was so accommodating for two small children. The view was beyond and we love that it was nestled back away from the crowds, yet close enough to civilization to be about to easily done out. We definitely plan on returning.

Beautiful view

This home is in a great location with a great view. It has tons of space and beds. I loved that there was hand soap, toiletries, detergent all provided. I love the personal touches of snacks as well. It was a great set up and location.

The property was amazing. Just like the pictures portray. The surrounding scenery was fabulous. The property managers response time was always within an hour or shorter and very helpful. We came for a visit with 4 boys and 4 moms and the accommodations were a perfect. The booking was easy Everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed it. Thank you again we enjoyed every bit of it.

Nice place for a get away stay

The house was very spacious (there was 7 of us in our family group). We had everything we needed to relax, cook, swim, and just sit on the deck and look at the lake. It was a little challenging to get to the house from Springdale and from the house to various restaurants, playgrounds and parks( the roads were very curvy with numerous stops and turns. If you have a cell phone there should be no problem getting to/from the house. Very relaxing atmosphere.
