Located walking distance to downtown Avenida Del Mar's buzzing restaurant district. Take a short 16 minute walk (.6 mile) to the San Clemente pier, enjoy a glass of wine, and see the breath-taking sunsets at one of the 2 restaurants on the pier. Perhaps a sunset walk on the beach trail as the sun sets.
Private garage has direct access into the apartment with plenty of room for all your surf boards. Close to market, and the Outlets at San Clemente.

Great host, great location. The unit is on the bottom level of the house so it lacks natural light. The unit is updated, clean and fully stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and boogie boards. We were attending a wedding so we basically used it for sleeping good value for money.

Couldn’t have been a better stay

Amazing place, close to beach and walkable to stores and restaurants. Came into town for a wedding and Raul made sure we had a great stay! He was very responsive and took care of all our needs! Next time I find myself in San Clemente, I know where I am staying again! Thank you Raul!

Very central location, comfortable furnishings and spotlessly clean. Bathroom is tiny but adequate for overnight stay.

Transition

I was staying with my son while he was transitioning from military to civilian. We only could stay 1 night even though we had booked more days because we got the chance to get him back home to Texas earlier. It was a great place and a great location. Plenty of space. Wished we could have had more time to enjoy. Would highly recommend if you have a chance to stay here.

Great location, very clean, and property looked like it was updated fairly recently. Hard to get good airflow as not a ton of windows, however there are ceiling fans throughout. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning on spending a ton of time there, but for a place to just mostly sleep it was great. Rahul was also very responsive and friendly.

Great apartment!!!

The attention to detail is very impressive. I stay at numerous apartments during the year since I am an avid traveller but this one was amazing. Plenty of towels for a month. Extra sheets. A new shower liner. A new kitchen spunge ....and I can go on and on.Just numerous thoughtful touches which were very much appreciated. The location is walking distance from town. Very quiet even it being adjacent to a main road. Highly recommended!!

Comfortable stay in great town

Love the location of this VRBO. Garage to yourself is nice and apartment is clean and quaint. Walking distance to town was wonderful.

Always a great stay

This is our second.time staying at this home and we loved it again!!! Great space, close to everything we wanted and the owner was responsive when we asked for him. Great choice.

Nice place

We had a great stay. The bathroom is small. But the condo is roomy. We loved the garage and the ability to wash clothes. It is a very quiet neighborhood.

Weekend stay in San Clemente

Overall apartment worked well for us. Kirchen had most items needed except there is no dishwasher. The bathroom is very small, no room to put things down, but all plumbing worked well. Th matress in the main bdrm is tired and lacks real support. Overall, the place worked for our short stay, but as we mentioned to owner it is somewhat stuffy due to very few windows or air circulation.

Great Spot!

I booked this last minute and everything went really smoothly. Raul, the host, is really responsive. He confirmed immediately when I booked it and I ran into him a few times walking around town and he's super cool. The location is great; you can walk into town in a few minutes and the beach is decent walk/really short drive. I would stay here again for sure.

Exactly as promised!

Our stay was great. First off, the communication with the owner is top notch. Instructions for entering the unit and details for the trip were excellent. Not that we had any issues, but Raul would have responded and handled them right away. They thought of everything and added some nice touches like a Nespresso, ice in the freezer, towels, extra toiletries, great smart tv and fast Wi-Fi, and on and on. Yes it only has one small bathroom, but that’s not anything can be changed or any fault of the owner. The location is great, convenient to the great restaurants and shops. The garage and laundry were awesome too. Thanks Raul!

Great location

Loved our stay at this verbo location. It was close to the beach, had parking, and if you go to the Main Street out front the begal place on the other side of the road is excellent eats. The front room could use a extra lock bar for a sense of security for the person staying in it and the windows at the top of the wall to the crawl space were unlocked and I had to lock them. This made my teen a bit uneasy but we managed it so she felt secure. The washing machine was great to have and the second fridge was also a nice touch. I would stay again
