4 BR, 3.5 bath suburban home in the heart of Overland Park. Near large office park, shopping, restaurants, youth sports facilities, and only a 20 minute drive to all major Kansas City attractions. World Cup fans - Sheraton Hotel shuttle pick up is only minutes away!

Enjoy coffee or a glass of wine from the breakfast room or screened in porch. Cook for a crowd in the fully outfitted kitchen or grill out on the deck, with fenced back yard.

Relax for an evening of fun with ping-pong, foosball, or darts.

Full-size laundry, home gym, home office, and a Tesla charger make this your home away from home.

4 bedroom home - 3 full/queen beds and one bunk bed. Bedrooms are huge! Most rooms have a workspace as well. Kitchen is fully furnished with Keurig, drip coffee pot, air fryer, blender, stainless appliances, granite, and cookware. Loft area has tons of books and games for family fun, along with a decked out basement with ping pong, foosball, darts and wet bar.

Each bedroom/bathroom has major toiletries, hair dryers, towels, and extra blankets supplied, and ironing board and iron are provided as well.

Screened in porch, fire pit, and deck give ample outdoor living space.

2 car garage with Tesla charger are also available, with smart lock access to front door and garage.

Owner lives in home when guests aren’t present, so property is loved and cared for immaculately.

Entire home is open for you, except for master bedroom, which will be locked. Additional 4 bedrooms are fully available.

Quiet hours are 10pm until 7am. This is a quiet suburban neighborhood and I will enforce this policy and address with VRBO if there are complaints.
If your stay includes a Thursday night/Friday stay, please take the trash bins to the curb Thursday evening for Friday pickup and return them after.
Please contact the host if you need to request early check in or late check out. Otherwise, a minimum $50/hr fee will apply for either.

Beautiful home

The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood . It was close enough to all we wanted to do. Very clean and everything we needed. Very beautiful home. Our grandkids loved playing down in the basement. I would stay here again next time we come to visit our grandkids!!

Relaxing stay in a cozy home in a beautiful neighborhood

We stayed here for July 4 th weekend . We were 2 families including 3 dogs and one young kid. The house has a beautiful fenced yard perfect for the furbabies and grown ups to relax in. The basement of the house has a table tennis setup and games perfect for kids and adults to relax and enjoy. Multiple TV setups allow for kids to enjoy a show or movie while adults chill with their shows. Corporate woods closeby offers trails for stroll and park to stretch out and explore. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable. We loved the fact that the house was well stocked with keurig coffee pods and little things as well as toiletries etc so we didn’t have to go shop for any of these. We could just kickback and chill. Really enjoyed this place. Highly recommend!

Not so clean

We loved the location. Pretty neighborhood and nice communal space in the living areas. We had 8 adults, 2 of us had to sleep in a children's bunk bed. The refrigerator and pantry was completely full of food. We had to clear out space to unload our groceries. The refrigerator bins had to be washed because of old foods left and oils had collected. The BBQ is very small. No BBQ tools. Tiny coffee maker. One extra towel was found in the house. One bed didn't have pillows. Easy things to fix. A house this large sleeping this many people, needs to include amenities to support the number of people. Large coffee pot, large BBQ, extra towels and a partially empty and clean refrigerator.

Perfect Stay!

We stayed with friends at this rental for two delightful months. Kim was a wonderful host. Even better than the pictures and perfectly located in a safe neighborhood, this is the best value rental in the Kansas City area.

Quiet neighborhood, spacious, perfect home!

Quiet neighborhood, home has and tons of space to hangout. Bedrooms were huge and beds were very comfortable. Made a great spot for our girls trip. So much to do in Overland Park and in KC. Would highly recommend!!

A wonderful home and great host

My family was able to gather and enjoy our time together in a quiet neighborhood in Overland Park. The house is very centrally located. The home is huge and well equipped. We had not one issue. I’d definitely stay there again when I’m in KC.

Hi! I’ve lived in the Overland Park area for nearly 25 years, and simply love everything about it. I raised my family nearby, and now I live in this home approximately half the time (hence the locked master bedroom) and rent it out when I’m living at another residence.

It’s my privilege to host your family, friends, or group of coworkers for events in the area, or just a comfortable and large home for a quiet getaway!

Rolling Woods is an established suburban neighborhood in affluent Johnson County. While the suburban sprawl has continued south and west, this area remains a central hub of activity, with incredible proximity to highways, shopping, dining, convention centers, sports facilities and office parks. This home is tucked away in the center of the neighborhood, and thus enjoys no traffic noise or other disturbances typically associated with such a great location. Kansas City is a commuter town, so you will need a car to get around.

If I do say so myself, this home has it all, from a fenced in yard for pets, to a lovely screened in porch for morning coffee. A fire pit, a BBQ grill-equipped patio, eat-in kitchen, 3 large TVs with access to nearly every major streaming service, Google Fiber internet, a Tesla charger, and comfortably sleeps 8.

I just love the way houses were built in the 80s - bedrooms are HUGE and there is a ton of useful common space.
