I loved this property. Communication with the property owner was so easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the small things details that were taken to make us feel comfortable.

Basketball tournament family trip

Easy to get to Bluhawk sports complex. Elderly parents said upstairs shower was the best they’ve ever had. Place was very accommodating.

Clean house, easy stay

The house has ample space, is close to local attractions, and the process of renting and checking in couldn’t have been easier. We’ll stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

Great place

This is a very clean place. very child friendly with a park nearby within walking distance. Close to a major highways and easy to get to downtown Kansas City. Good beds lots of bathrooms

Perfect for families!

We had a great stay! We had 2 families staying while we attended a livestock expo at the American Royal. It was great to have such comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen to cook meals! Vanessa was got back to me very quickly when I had questions! I would stay here again for sure!

Great place to stay

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here. My sisters and I stay here because its close to family we are visiting. Although there were only 4 of us, we each fgot our own bedroom and bathroom. It was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has everthing you need. The communications with the owner were exceptional.

Very Nice!

We came to Kansas City for a weekend and attended events at Crown Center. The location of this townhouse was great! We were only 15 to 20 minutes away from downtown and the other areas we visited. The neighborhood was nice, and the townhouse was large enough to accommodate 8 adults very comfortably. Vanessa was very easy to work with and she responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this property, and I would stay here again!

Perfect kitchen and table!

We spent a week here during the NCAA tournament. The place was perfect. The kitchen was great for us to cook, and we loved the size of the kitchen table for board games when we weren't at basketball games. And the location was fabulous. We loved the Overland Park area and the feel of the downtown area. Our host was super responsive to questions and everythign was as we hoped. We will be back next year! Thanks so much for a great visit!

Vikings at Arrowhead

The property was just as expected. The house worked very well for our group of 7 adults and one child. The location and neighborhood was inviting, and we were just a short drive from our various destinations, including, and especially Arrowhead Stadium. Thank you Vaness for sharing your home with us.

KC with Grandkids

This property was centrally located for the activities we had planned. 15 minutes to Union Station. 10 minutes to Splash Cove water park. Just around the corner (5 minute walk) to Crestview local park. 1 mile drive to Antioch Park which is large, wooded, multiple lakes, numerous paths, game courts and playgrounds. Close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and TVs. The host provided all the information in a timely manner. No issues checking in or out.

Family Reunion

This was a perfect size home for my family. All adults got their own room! We came from different states for a family reunion, it was nice to be all together in one home! There was a terrible storm that wiped out electricity for 8-10hours, we were thankful when it came back on! My only suggestion would be to provide battery operated candles or flashlights for emergencies. Thank you for providing a clean, well stocked home for our family! We would stay again & recommend your home to others!

There's no place like home!

The property was in a nice location with great parking for up to 3 vehicles, close to the front door. Beds were super comfy, I would bring your own pillow. This is a nice size property, we had 8 adults and 2 teens; there was plenty of room to spread out or come together. It was so nice after a long day to return to a home and not a small hotel room. We made breakfast there, there fridge was good sized and clean and we found all the pans we needed to make it happen. We played some games, there was plenty of seating, and used the televisions, which were all ready to sign in to your favorite streaming. The WI-FI was great. The bathrooms are a little small but the double sinks in two of them helped out a lot. Host was amazing with communication and accommodations, Thanks Vanessa. I would definitely have no problem staying there again, and would recommend it to others.

DI Global Finals 2019

We were a group of 12 staying at Vanessa's house for Destination Imagination Global Finals in Kansas City. We felt lucky to have a 10 minute commute to our competition site at the KCCC. The house was clean with plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed being able to fix our own meals with lots of dishware/silverware/etc available. The lawn service came one day to mow, but it wasn't a big issue as we were told ahead of time and we were heading out to compete anyway. One of our kids locked us out of the master bedroom and Vanessa was quick to respond. All in all, a great week was had by our team and we enjoyed our stay!

Disappointed

Overall disappointed with the property. Upon arrival we were notfied of a fly issue that we were willing to deal with. We unloaded the car and went to experience Kansas City. When arriving back home, we found the kitchen filled with ants on the counters and floors. We were able to address the ants that night and then followed up the next morning with some additional cleaning. The rest of the trip we were concerned about leaving any food out on the counter.It was pretty hot the first part of our trip and the AC seemed to have trouble keeping the house cool.Bathrooms were very small. With 6 people we picked a house with at least 3 bathrooms, one was so small it was practically unusable so we were running 6 people through 2 showers.It was nice to have laundry on site and overall the beds were pretty comfortable.

Clean, Comfortable, in the middle of everything

We stayed three nights during the Big 12 Basketball tournament - this is an older home but clean and comfortable. In a very quiet neighborhood, yet we were able to get to all restaurants, neighborhoods, and T-Mobile center in less that 20 minutes. Owner made the check in and check out process easy.
