Nestled within a late 19th-century building, this luxurious ground floor home boasts characteristic "tufo" vaulted ceilings, meticulously renovated with a keen eye for details and furnished with every modern comfort, exuding an aura of elegance and refinement.
Dimora Palestro is located in the city centre of Monopoli, just a few meters from the famous "Cala Porta Vecchia" beach.
This elegant home is composed of four spacious separate rooms, a bedroom, a living dining room, a kitchen and a large spa bathroom.
The entrance opens to an American fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and everything you need for when you are in the mood to immerse yourself in the Apulian culinary tradition.
The traditional Apulian style is also reflected in the living area, which has a large dining table, a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV.
Relaxing and warm, the 25 m2 living room combines beige tones that highlight the ceiling and touches of wood that suggest charm in all its elegance.
After a long day discovering the beauty of our land, you can relax in the large and bright bedroom enriched with a comfortable king-size bed (32 cm mattress depth) for absolute relaxation that provides you energy and vitality.
