Centrally-located peaceful two bedroom guest house is thoughtfully furnished and ready for you to move right in. Free parking in the front of the home. Downtown is only few minutes away where many popular Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops and Grocery Stores are all located. Some of the fast-food restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Culver's, McDonald's, Starbucks and Wendy's etc are all under 3 miles away. Laundromat is only walking distance away. One dog under 20 pound is allowed (pet fee will apply). This Home is located behind the main property so to access it you take the alley and can park right in front of the home. It is peaceful, private and quiet. Please note this property doe not have fenced in back-yard.

VRBO for Indy

Online listing was accurate, the Host were very prompt in giving us the information we needed for the property. The neighborhood is quiet, everything was set up inside. Zach the host is very nice when communicating with him answers any questions in a timely manner. Thanks for allowing us to be your guests.

Overpowering Smell

The property is very well decorated. The location was perfect for our needs. The alley is gravel. Hard to see in the night so the outside lighting was great help. There is no air conditioning in the living space. The two rooms have air conditioning units in the windows. Dishes were available but dirty, used and we were asked to wash them before we left. The smell of the house was so pungent I could not use the place outside the bedroom.

We do want to address a few things that seemed a bit confusing on our end. You had requested to extend your stay, but unfortunately, we had another booking and were unable to accommodate. That’s why we were quite surprised to later receive such a negative message—especially given that nothing was mentioned during your stay. After your checkout, we personally inspected the property and found it to be in clean condition—no noticeable smell, no dirty dishes, and no dust—so your comments were unexpected. In fact, we were so concerned that we almost let our cleaning team go, but after walking through ourselves, everything looked just as it should. We always strive to provide the best experience possible, and we’re open to constructive feedback. But for future stays, we’d really appreciate being notified right away if there’s anything wrong—we’re always happy to address concerns promptly during your reservation. My experience at this property was extremely disappointing and fell far short of the expectations set by the listing. Upon arrival, it was immediately evident that the home had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entryway was in poor condition, with grass tracked inside the front door and insects present. The condition of the interior was equally concerning—lights in the living room did not function, the flooring was unlevel and visibly separating, and overall, the house felt neglected and unsafe.The environment was unwelcoming from the start. It was over 90 degrees outside, yet no air conditioning had been turned on prior to our arrival. The heat trapped inside the home created a strong, unpleasant odor, making the space feel uncomfortable and uninhabitable. The back door was shockingly secured with duct tape rather than a proper lock or repair, which raised serious safety concerns.Cleanliness was another major issue. The remote controls had visible insect droppings, as did the area above the shower. The toilet itself was unsanitary, blackened on the inside, and the baseboards behind it were stained with urine. These conditions are unacceptable in any rental property, especially one advertised on a platform such as VRBO.When I brought these issues to the host’s attention, they chose to dismiss my concerns, claiming we were exaggerating our experience, rather than acknowledging or attempting to remedy the situation. Never able to enter property. Had travel delays as Interstate was shut down for hours. Arrived late. Code did not work for entry. Sach was non-responsive. He blew off all issues after the fact. Vrbo tried to help but was limited. Had to get a hotel room in the middle of the night. Bad situation all around. Would not recommend.Mike

Thank you for choosing to stay at our 2 bedroom Guest House in Greenfield. My name is Sach. I'm easy going, friendly and disciplined. I like to keep my surroundings neat and clean. I am the father of a 2 year old girl and have a 3 year old dog Lulu she is a Lab Mix. My interests are traveling, hiking, camping, training in mixed martial arts, experiencing different kind of food and culture, meeting interesting people and most importantly learning something new and making a positive difference in other people's lives along the way.

Less than 3 miles to Greenfield Downtown this two bedroom home is peaceful, private and convenient.

It has Memory Foam Queen Mattresses in both of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a dresser and a smart tv. The other bedroom has a closet and sun shades.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. It has a full size electric stove and a fridge. We also provide complimentary Lenin's, toiletries, cleaning supplies and body wash etc for short term guests. There is also a coffee station for your enjoyment.

The living room has a large comfy sofa, 40 inch smart tv and also has a work station in the corner of the room as you can see in the picture.

Parking is free and it is right in front of the home (street parking) in the back alley.

The back yard is shared with other tenants in the main house. Please respect their privacy.
