Hot Tub | Gas Grill | Front Porch | WiFi | Laundry | Well Stocked | 12 Minutes to Ruoff Music Center | Well Stocked Coffee Bar| Welcome to Town Tranquility! Soak in the hot tub. Main floor features a well-stocked kitchen, seating for six and a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and creamer. A Washer & Dryer and living room with plush couch and bedroom with a queen bedroom with smart tv and half bath. Venture upstairs to find a king and queen bedroom both featuring SMART Roku TVs and ceiling fans. You will also find a dedicated workspace and a full bathroom rounding out the upper floor. The side yard offers and gas grill, picnic table and chairs. Plenty of parking with 4 private spaces and a step free entry in the back of the home. Free street parking also. The front porch offers relaxation on comfortable furniture. A carbon monoxide detector andsmoke alarms are on site. Pets are not permitted. If a pet is brought into the home a $150 minimum fee per night will be charged.

The home was beautiful, so clean, and cozy. We had a girls weekend reading retreat and it was the perfect spot! We walked to downtown to eat dinner and do a little shopping, relaxed in the hot tub, and used the well stocked kitchen to make some delicious meals. Also, the check out procedures were so easy. It made for a great weekend!

We had a lovely stay! The property was as clean, cozy, and perfect for a girls weekend. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. It is very close to the parking pad, but the addition of a drape to provide slight privacy was a nice addition. Host was easy and quick with communication. Overall, we would book again.

Amazing stay! The house was amazing, hot tub was great and downtown was close enough to walk. We caught Thomas Rhett at the Rouff center (12 min drive) and had a blast. A must stay for a quiet long weekend getaway!

Easily accessible property that was clean and spacious! Property owner also provided plenty of linens, towels, hygiene items and snacks that alleviated many issues especially for those flying in. Highly recommend.

I am a lifelong resident of Fortville and love the small town feel that you get when you take a walk, eat at the restaurants and simply spend time outside.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I love that the house has a front porch, side yard and even a hot tub for guests to relax and reset outside! If guests would like to spend time inside I have made sure that comfort is top priority when it comes to furnishings and mattresses.
