This cozy new home is located in the heart of Pasadena on a quiet end in Rivera Beach, just a few houses away from public waterfront access. Located 25 mins to BWI, Downtown Baltimore & Annapolis.

You'll feel right at home as it has something for whole family to enjoy including a fully equipped kitchen w/ expansive quartz island, a large fully fenced yard for Fido, basement movie room, and a luxury soaking tub in the master.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a beautiful stay, the home was light and open; all three bedrooms were large as well as the kitchen. Although it was very hot outside the home was well insulated, which made it very comfortable. We traveled with 3 seniors in their 80’s; the bathrooms were accommodating, a good time was had by all. The neighborhood restaurants are great; we were close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, parks and a lake!

Great stay!

My family of three + our dog enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and was a perfect location for what we needed. While our son was at soccer camp close by my husband and I drove less than 10 mins to a boat ramp and enjoyed our jet skis. The home is less than 30 minuted from the airport and the Inner Harbor. Stevie was very helpful ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay and quick to respond. We will definitely rebook next time we head south.

Great property and host

From the first step in the home we were impressed! Very clean with a nice clean smell. Better than the pictures even portrayed. Roomy, great kitchen with all modern features, very nice bathrooms, and nice large fenced yard for our furry family. Stevie, the host was easy to contact and answered any questions and provided a great list of dining opportunities. Best VRBO experience we have had!

A Great Stay

This is one of the best VRBOs I have stayed at for a short trip. First and foremost, Stephanie is the best host I have had to date. Anytime I needed to communicate with her or vise versa, she communicated well within a reasonable time. She is very friendly and writes her messages well. When I first walked into the home, I could smell the cleanliness. Everything looks and feels cared for. I appreciate the minimal furniture approach. Sometimes homes are too crampy because there is too much furniture. I just have to mention that the shower in the primary bedroom is awesome. I had everything I needed. There are plenty of dishware and untensils. The refrigerator is great. There are plenty of towels. There were no problems that we ran into. TL;DR: This is a great home with a superb host.
