Wonderful Property!

Great location that is close to all there is to see in Baltimore and DC. Super clean and absolutely fantastic communication from Kim and Manny. 100% reommend!

Glen Burnie for wedding

The property was great for our January wedding. Great amount of space for family of four, but can easily accommodate many more.The screen door on the front door was a royal pain in getting in and out with luggage

Holidays in Maryland

Property was perfect for our needs. We were close to family for the holidays. Very clean and check in was easy. Owner was responsive when we had an issue with the lock code on Christmas Day. The kitchen had everything we needed with very nice appliances. Owner provided many perks such as snacks and bottles of water and bathroom amenities such as extra toothbrushes, soap and lotion. We have never stayed in a rental property that provides so many items, this was a nice surprise.

The property was just as described. Very easy to get to, clean and comfortable. The only concern was the living room TV did not have any type of internet/cable service. The bedroom TVs worked fine but we had planned a family movie night and it didn't work out. Other than that, the home was great.

Visit for wedding

The location was close to the wedding and close to Annapolis, Baltimore, and DC for side trips. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, but can comfortably accommodate more. It had a good kitchen and living room area. I would recommend that the owner remove the screen on the front door. It mase it difficultto get in and out of the house.and

The kitchen was equipped adequately for our needs, though we did not cook. A few minor things: there is no dining table so a large group might have a hard time sitting down to eat. Issue with cleanliness (moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker, trash in some of the cans). The twin beds were very squeaky, but we slept fine. The blackout curtains were too short and didn’t block the daylight. We could not get the exterior light working, and some of the interior lights either weren’t working or missing bulbs. Overall, we were happy and would stay again.

There was no AC for the first two nights, and it’s the middle of July so it was pretty hot in there. The property owner didn’t offer to bring any fans over or a portable AC unit or anything. They called an AC tech but it took two days for the unit to get fixed and we were only staying there five nights, so two out of the five nights were pretty rough.

We again apologize for the inconvenience. The house comes with ceiling fans in the living room and three other rooms . We stayed in constant communication with the guests and they assured us they were okay especially since it will cooler at night and they were mostly out during the day . A tech came out on Sunday the day after the initial complaint was made and started working on the issue ,he had to wait for the coils to defrost and it was fixed the next day ( again this was communicated ) with the guest .We have disbursed compensation to the guest and apologized about this mishap which was beyond our control .
