Perfect Lake House Getaway!

Welcome to this beautifully remodeled 2 BR, 1 BA lake house located on Tichigan Lake & the Fox River in Waterford, WI. The perfect weekend get-away! The house has a queen bed (BR1), a twin XL over queen bunk bed (BR2), and 2 pullout couches (LR and Nook) to easily sleep up to 9 guests. Enjoy Panoramic views of the lake with tons of windows and natural light. New deck and patio added in 2024!

30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee and/or Lake Geneva. A little over an hour from Chicago and/or Madison.

Pontoon boat is available for rent. Just ask! Pontoon Rental available during the summer only. $250 per day, 2 day minimum. We ask that at least one member of your party has their boaters safety or born before 1/1/1989 with boating experience, per WI law. Prior to the day of your arrival we will request a picture of your drivers license and email a waiver to sign.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was perfect. Comfortably slept 4 people and being on the water was very nice. They had a perfect gated area for dogs and even the neighbors were friendly! This is a great place to stay!

A Very Enjoyable Time

Very comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed the lake views, grilling on the deck, evening fire pit chats and beautiful sunsets. Will definitely come again for another stay.

Lovely cottage on the water. Comfortable accommodations, excellent host, friendly neighbors. Fun fishing off the dock. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great place!

Great Lake get away

Had a wonderful time at this property. Clean, comfy and had everything you would need for your stay. Communication was great, even locked myself out and Ryan opened the door remotely within minutes. We will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Ryan was very prompt with any concerns; the neighborhood was super great. It was a great location for us to see family and friends. It was so nice to have a beautiful view of the lake.

Great place to stay

Beautiful house on the lake. Clean and comfy. Easy to find in a nice neighborhood. Owner super easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again .

Great get away spot

The house was very clean and well set up. Backyard had great views and access to Lake Tichigan. Plenty of yard space for games and camp fire.

Great place to stay

Nice place to get away for my family! Ryan was very responsive when contacted. My daughter adored the bunk beds and we loved that we could bring our furkid. Had everything we needed.

Just what we were looking for

We stayed at this property to attend a wedding nearby. Other than some issues with using passcode to enter the property (which the host very quickly remedied), we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable in a relaxing setting.

Fishing trip

House was immaculate! Very nicely remodeled. Great fishing. Nice neighbors. Close to town. Loved being able to take our dog with. Will definitely be back.

Lake House

Friendly and Relaxing

Sitting on the dock or at the fire pit was just what I needed! The cozy house is wrapped with windows an natural light. Everything inside was new and clean. The pontoon boat was big enough for 12 and easy to maneuver. We had some difficulty with the button pad for door, but Ryan responded immediately. We also loved the friendly neighborhood! We want to move there!

Wonderful lakefront bungalow

My husband, son, dog and I stayed for over a month and could not have been happier with anything. Best hosts ever! You can tell this place is well loved by how clean it is and how responsive the owners are. I’d give 12/10 if I could!
