This is a home that feels like a haven. Get comfy as you settle in to this one level lakehome, overflowing with the finer things! The home features one bedroom with a king bed and two bedrooms with two full beds each. Luxurious enough to know your'e on vacation, yet inviting and warm enough to never want to leave. Located directly on the banks of the Tennessee River, and just a stone’s throw from the Natchez Trace Parkway. With expansive lake views, abundant wildlife, and inviting outdoor spaces, it’s an ideal stay for guests seeking relaxation, birdwatching, and time by the water.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and checked in on us throughout our stay. Check in/out process was great. Very peaceful place and we would highly recommend to anyone! We will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you for an amazing week full of fun memories with family! The property was wonderful. It was very well furnished in every way. The back porch was fabulous, a perfect place to drink coffee and unplug! We would go back anytime.

Peaceful getaway!

My husband & I had a nice relaxing stay. We were looking for a "chill out" spot and found it here. Although a nice, quiet location, there is great private access to the lake with a beautiful view!!! Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

Peace & Comfort

Our stay was wonderful! The house is very clean and comfortable - it had everything we needed. The property was peaceful and pretty. We loved relaxing on the back porch overlooking the lake. Our teenagers said it was their favorite part of our trip!

Peaceful Retreat

Our family enjoyed our short but relaxing stay! The house was comfortable, clean, and had most of the amenities you would need in the kitchen (we couldn't find a hand mixer, but glad we brought one along from another part of our vacation we had before hand). The dock and lake access was also clean and easy to use. The check in/out processes were easy and simple.We enjoyed all the wildlife we could see and hear! We loved watching the geese move from yard to yard and do their thing each day, there were a ton of them. We would love to return for another visit!

Heaven on Earth

My water-loving family found everything we needed at this home away from home. The house was wonderful, the view was beautiful, and Casey the neighbor's dog was adorable. The first words out of my husband's mouth was, "How much to buy it?" Our best rental experience to date. Would absolutely stay here again!

Home is amazing and very relaxing. Beautiful view of the water and the house is level with the water. The patio and screened in porch is awesome for the kids. Really enjoyed the fire pit at night. The boat house makes it nice for getting on and off the boat. The kids enjoyed every minute at this property.

Great Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everything was very nice. No issues at all. Everything was exactly as stated and pictured. Beautiful home and property. So relaxing. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Amazingly Praceful

If you are looking for something away from the concrete jungle with amazing views and peacefulness, this is it! Had a great time with fishing, hiking and bonfires. Hit some cool restaurants up (Rattlesnake Saloon and The Outpost) as well as a couple others f dams. The peace and quiet was amazing. Views of the river were gorgeous. This will probably be one our yearly get-ways from now on. Highly recommended!

Pickwick April 2025

Communication with the property owner and manager was top tier we had some things come up that was not their fault by no means weather knocked out power and our water they understood and was very helpful we had 4 trucks with boats and 7 guest and we had a great time fishing pickwick highly recommend this property super clean friendly couldnt have had a better trip.

Cozy Getaway with Beautiful River Views!!!

Can't say enough good things about this property! We loved the easy access to the river and the beautiful views! Loved watching the eagles fly by from the back porch. Enjoyed the firepit at night and saw a couple of barges go by. So much thought was put into making this place feel like home with the cozy deco and complimentary snacks! Wanted to take the screen porch home with me!!! We will be back!!!

Relaxing

My husband and I spent a few days at the property celebrating our anniversary. We loved this home. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch enjoying nature. There were a pair of eagles with babies nesting near. So amazing to watch. The evening we enjoyed relaxing by the patio fireplace. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked. You can tell the owner takes pride in being an excellent host. We can’t wait to go back during the warmer months to enjoy the river more.

This home is absolutely spectacular! The property is gorgeous with amazing views of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch in the mornings with coffee and watching the sun set in the evenings. Watching the bald eagles next door was incredible! The house was immaculately clean and so well furnished and cozy. The basket of snacks and s'mores fixings were a very thoughtful touch. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with extras of everything. Loved this place so much. We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for relaxation.

My niece and I(both retired) travel several times each year for photography, primarily but not only for birds. The bald eagle(s) nesting nearby and roosting in trees in the front yard were an exceptional find for both of us. The owners have thought of everything a guest could possibly need. Waters, snacks basket and box of candy waiting for us. Beds super comfortable. Porch to watch the river go by was one of our favorite spots, even though it was cold. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Expect we will be returning next spring.

Awesome Lakefront Property

I can not say enough about this property! Beautiful view!! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Lots of places to just hang out and enjoy the view! My favorite was the back porch because it stays shaded all the time. There is plenty of parking, we had 3 trucks with 3 boats and could easily have fit another one too. So many of theses properties do not have the set up for boats but this one does! If we come back to Pickwick Lake we will definitely book this house again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
