Summary:

This larger Tropical Fish Bungalow is on ground level with a Queen bed and 1 bathroom.

The living and bedroom areas are separate. There is an outdoor sitting area near the fire pit and grill. Cute kitchen with all the supplies!

This bungalow has no handicap access. Please see Bungalow 2 for handicap access accommodations.

Welcome to our peaceful and tranquil hotel located in North Hutchison Island, Florida. Our charming establishment offers 14 units, ensuring an intimate and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. Nestled just steps away from the beach, you can easily enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean waves and indulge in the beauty of the shoreline.

Other Things to Note:

Our rooms are flexible and can comfortably accommodate more than two people. Each room features an additional bed platform tucked neatly underneath the main bed. after the 2 guest theres a fee of $20+ tax. Please let us know if this applies to you

Cute bungalow away from crowds

This bungalow was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We wanted a place that wasn’t crowded or close to any city. We like being tucked away and the fact that the ocean was a 3 minute walk was amazing! Clean, comfortable, and cozy little bungalow. Would definitely come back to this exact place every year.

Be prepared

We booked and paid for our stay 1 year in advance for a 3 week stay. We have been coming here for the last 6 years. It used to be wonderful and charming. The property was sold and changed to a new owner who decided to renovate. One day before our arrival from Pennsylvania, we were notified that our accommodations would not be available. Upon arrival we were given a smaller room. I asked for a refund for the difference between what we rented and what we given and I was told absolutely not. We were told that we were lucky to have a place to stay. The new room was newly renovated but lacked many things. There was no table and chairs to eat off. No dresser. No couch. No smoke detector. The bathroom was very nice but no curtain in the shower. There was a vent fan cover but no fan. They tried to make things right by taking items leftover from the old rooms. The thinking is to make the room look beautiful but not practical. The small deck at our front door was in disrepair. Also, our room key unlocked three other units. The property manager is located in Columbia, SA. The owner just happened to be there and we delt with her, who is very condescending. Basically, the place is in total chaos due to renovation and severely mismanaged. Be cautious, be very cautious.
