The open floor plan living space offers ocean views from every room. It feels like you're on the beach without going outside. The feeling is punctuated by large natural coral, and coastal/tropical artwork.
Storage room is packed with every kind of beach gear and toys and its right beside Private Beach access gate. This includes beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, beach towels, portable aluminum picnic table, drink holders, and a wide variety of beach games. there are also a wide variety of board games for indoor use.
The kitchen was remodeled in 2023 new ceramic tile floor, granite countertops and refinished cabinets.. and it's fully equipped with new appliances ( 2023) including a smart refrigerator freezer, smart range with air fryer feature in oven, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher. Stand mixer, hand mixer, blender, nutra bullet, mobile blender, personal blender, crock pot, roaster, every size of pot and pan available (farberware and all clad), cooking, serving and eating utensils. There are two sets of everyday Corelle wear, and beautiful tropical themed ceramic dinnerware as well.
New high-end leather couch and loveseat both with separate power recline for head and neck, back and legs, and lumbar. there are also two lazy boy manual recliners, and a third recliner with power settings for the same three separate sections as the couch and loveseat.
High quality cotton, and cotton blend bedding, towels, blankets, and quilts.
The master bedroom suite has beautiful panoramic rooms including windows on a curved wall. It also has a walk-in closet, a double vanity bathroom sink and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, lare double closet, local artist tropical furniture and comfortable firm mattress.
The main bathroom has a soaking tub and shower with a large single bowl vanity.
A full size washer and dryer are off of the main bathroom.
The East balcony is so close to the ocean That it feels like you're on a cruise ship. There are counter height stools and table there so you can enjoy coffee or a meal on the covered balcony.
The west balcony has a coffee table and several chairs where you may choose to watch the sun setting.
This unit may soon be on the market for long-term rental. So you may be asked to allow a realtor in to show a prospective renter. There would be a minimum 8-hour notice with a goal of more than 24 hours. We will make every attempt to accommodate your schedule during your stay.
