Very Noise, Dirty, Aweful Place Lacking in Maintenance and Urgency. Minimal Customer Service!!!!!
My Stay here was TERRIBLE. The worst place I have ever stayed in Panama or any other country. Just a few of the issues are outlined below. I would not recommend this place to any humans!
- The check-in was horrible, They sent me a code through my email that never work. I basically had to spend over an hour looking for someone to help. One of the maintenance guys called a lady that was suppose to help, but she never showed up or contacted me. Finally I got another code that actually worked.
- At night, the building next to this place (Casa Casco) had a party. The music was so loud we could not hear each other to talk nor could we sleep. At 6 AM the next morning, construction workers were using power tools, hammers, etcetera. Again it was so loud it made sleeping impossible.
- The apartment was disgusting. I had to buy cleaning material to make it liveable. The Refrigerator would not properly close, The Stove did not work properly. Only 2 of the 4 burners functioned with no manual to learn how to use it. I had to call maintenance for instructions on use. They advertise a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, but there was only a washing machine that needed to be sanitised. When I contact Juan Garay, he told us that there were more machines downstairs (A Red Flag :( ). This was a two bedroom appartment but there was only one TV in one room and nothing in the living room. If you are looking for stay at this place you might want to reconsider!!!!!!!
