Welcome to Aloha!

This comfy, cozy condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing family vacation for up to 12 guests. Its light and airy feel, combined with upscale furnishings, will allow you to fully immerse yourself in a beachfront experience and let reality disappear.

The Primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bath, and a private patio with stunning sunrise-to-sunset views right from your lounge chair. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with easy access to the second bathroom. Both rooms are complete with their own flat-screen TVs and Blu-Ray players. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk and a second twin over twin bunk easy access to hallway bathroom.

The beautiful kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, pots, pans, cookware, serving dishes, and more, plus plenty of counter space—your family cook will love it! The kitchen is open to the cozy living room, which has access to the outside balcony.

Take the elevator down to access the pool or enjoy easy access to the beach!

PLEASE NOTE: This condominium does all work during the off season.

Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.
Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste.

The inside unit was ok. The outside definitely needed some maintenance. All the grills had out of order signs on them and the hot tub was closed 3/5 days we were there. The key to the door was finicky and one night the key got stuck in the door. We called maintenance and they said someone would come by the next day and they never did. Luckily we only got stuck outside toying with the key twice. Good location , close to the beach. Bayview was nice but traffic could be a little noisy at times as the road is in front of the bay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented the condo for my out of town family. The condo was very clean and cared for. We used it also as an escape from the scorching heat during the day. The condo was well equipped and up to date. The storage unit also had a beach caddy to move chairs and beach equipment. Loved our stay and will look to rent this condo in the future. Ocean Sands Rental company provided ongoing information prior to arrival and were very clear of the arrival and departure instructions. Well done.

Sandbridge stay

The place was very nice, clean and did not lack for anything. Thank you.The one issue is using the key to get in. It was frustrating at time not being able to tweak it the right way just to open the door.

Beautiful long weekend

We spent 5 nights in Sandbridge and you truly can’t beat the quiet location. The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful bay view. Could stand some upgraded porch furniture. Mexican restaurant downstairs (Jose Tequila’s) was a lifesaver when we didn’t want to cook.

Building and room needed better cleaning

We got early check-in, but the staff was unaware of that so we showed up and he left. The kitchen was still dirty and we had a car full of groceries and luggage so we cleaned it. The back patio was very dirty (dusty and full of spider webs) so we wiped it off a bit to enjoy the space. The text line manager was responsive. The overall building appeared fairly dirty as well. Open bar at the pool was not open and concrete walkways were dirty and the sides had spiders and webs throughout. Disappointed with the amount of money spent.

Quiet Town

Great property if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. We unfortunately came during an unplanned tropical storm, so we didn’t get the full amenity effect but that is of no fault of the property/owners. I highly recommend bringing groceries, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent if you’re planning on staying more than a weekend. There are only a few restaurants on the strip but plenty to visit about 20 minutes away. Overall, great trip.

Nice Unit at the Sanctuary

This was an overall very nice unit at the Sanctuary. It is in a good location on the top floor with a great view of the bay. Easy access to the parking spot and storage locker, and quick walk to the beach. The unit was spacious, and overall clean. The bedrooms were clean and beds comfortable. One bunk bed could use some screw tightening and/or wd40 because it squeaked quite a bit when my child moved. The kitchen was nice, but could use some updated gadgets. Some of the utensils/cups/plates were a little dirty, so we had to wash stuff before using. The dishwasher also is a little old so recommend washing on heavy duty cycle or else things won't completely clean. We really appreciated the new streaming TV that we could sign into our apps and YouTube TV to watch live TV. If you don't have YouTube TV or alternative, I'm not sure how the live TV worked. Couch was comfy and clean. Outdoor patio had a great view and was in pretty good shape and clean, but the wooden couch out their could have some more comfortable cushions on it. One downside was a limited amount of hot water. We had to strategically time showers and make sure they were short if we were all getting ready. Overall, this unit was very nice, though some of the furnishings were a little dated. This did not bother us, however, and we can be picky. We had a great week! I suggest fixing the poor defenseman on the foosball table (it would only take one nut and bolt!).

Wonderful Sandbridge Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful at this condo. There was plenty of space for myself, a friend, and my two kids. Lovely view of the bay from the spacious balcony. Easy walk to the beach. TV’s is every room was nice! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Completed a fun puzzle from the cabinet. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating. Parking was covered and convenient. Plenty of towels and blankets. The only recommendations I have are to fix the foosball table, which we enjoyed (it’s a little broken) and the furniture on the balcony was not the most comfortable to sit on for any extended time. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!
