This area is popular for diving , snorkeling, boating, fishing, kayaking, tubing and hiking or just relaxing with nature.

Full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and walk-in closet. A large bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Cozy Cabin was the ideal spot for a weekend retreat. All the comforts of home in a beautiful little package!! Lisa and Randy were great hosts!! We are avid paddlers and will definitely stay here again when doing the Itchie and Santa Fe rivers.

The cabin was perfect. Lisa has thought of every detail to make it comfortable! I really appreciate her refillable pods for the coffee maker! It is a little treasure. It is very close to Ichetucknee State Park which was great for us.

Cute Cozy Cabin

I had seen the property before when visiting family and when it showed available for our trip there I was happy to find it available. It is very clean and comfortable. I will happily stay there again!

Ichetucknee River run! 3 rivers estates!

Randy was so accommodating with getting where we needed to be for the spring run. Btw the A/C is amazing! Just pure fun. Anyone will love this place! Like staying with family.

The Cozy Cabin was just that...Cozy!! Everything was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, games for kids, bathroom amenities, a grill for outdoor cooking and more. The cabin is absolutely adorable. A definite must see! The price is much lower than what I would expect to pay for something this nice!

Great little gem!

We stayed here a couple nights to float the river. Clean place, comfortable bed, great AC, and good apps and channels on the TVs.
