New Cottage within minutes from our Famous Springs!

Welcome to our cottage. You will have a comfortable stay at this brand new cottage located within 1 mile from the Ichetucknee Springs State Park where you can enjoy tubing and kayaking excursions or just go for a swim. You are also in close proximity to Blue Springs, Ginnie Springs, Poe Springs, Rum Island & the Santa Fe River. Build a fire or relax on the front or back deck & breath in the fresh air. There is plenty of yard space for the kids. We have a private park in the development and will provide a key for the gate. The park does not have playground equipment, but rather a nice place to relax, grill and swim. It is within a mile from the house. We are proud that all of our guests boast about the cleanliness of the house, the kitchen space with all of the cooking amenities and the relaxed country setting. Come stay and enjoy a relaxing weekend!

The cabin was adorable and comfortable for 4 people. We had a great time and it was a quick ride to the springs from there. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the cabin was perfect! Everything was so clean and so very well taken care of. The beds were super comfy! The property is beautiful, so quiet and serene and only a quick drive to the park. Our host Janie is very sweet and quick to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you for a wonderful getaway. We can’t wait to visit again!

Sidney is a carpenter and handyman and I am a commercial real estate Paralegal, and work for an attorney who was my best friend growing up. We both grew up in Florida small towns. We are southern and country!

We chose the neighborhood because of direct private access to the Itchetucknee River and for the larger wooded and private lot. All of the springs are in close proximity to the house!
