Pet Policy
Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There's an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There's a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. To ensure everything is disclosed up front, if discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.

About the Pool: While we provide access to the building's pool for our guests, it is occasionally closed for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion. We will not be held responsible if the pool is closed during your trip. We recommend that you contact us to confirm that it is open. Also, the pool is NOT heated.
Other things to note
For your safety, we have exterior cameras at the property that monitors entries/exits.

Please note, the furniture in your unit may not be identical to the photos since we often upgrade our units.
