Please allow us to address each concern: • Smart Lock System: We apologize for the confusion with the smart lock system and for not providing extremely detailed & clear instructions during your initial tour. We have reviewed our onboarding process & ensured future guests receive thorough guidance on using all home features included in our Welcome Guide. • Hot Water Issues: We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the unforeseen intermittent hot water supply. While we arranged for a plumber to come out multiple times to fix the issue, we understand this disrupted your privacy and comfort. We apologize for the inconvenience. • Jacuzzi Hot Tub: The issue with the jacuzzi draining unexpectedly is unacceptable, and we immediately did a full inspection of our water supply system to prevent this from happening again. • Kitchen Supplies: We regret that the kitchen was understocked and did not meet your needs. We have since conducted a full inventory of kitchen essentials and restocked to ensure future guests have everything they need for meal preparation. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the home’s potential, but we also recognize that potential is not enough when expectations are not met. Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us identify problem areas & we have made the proper improvements.
