We love the Signature property: location, amenities and size of units.
However, this time around a few smaller things added up to an unsatisfactory experience.
Everytime we needed to ask for something (toilet paper, paper towels, extra bath towels), we were told "it's a third party property" "we can't do anything" by the front desk. We never received extra bath towels, and only ONE roll of additional toilet paper (there was no extra in the unit to begin with.)
Also, I had a package shipped to the condos, followed the online instructions of the Signature website, and was given the run around by the front desk for 3 days. The package was delivered on Friday morning, and I needed it by Saturday 5 p.m., and I finally received it after multiple inquiries at the Front Desk on SUNDAY at 4 p.m AND I was charged a $14 processing fee!!! (I contested that, and the desk removed it upon checkout.)
Also, the elevator lobby of our floor 3 was smelly and had trash in it from other units for lengthy times.
The condo itself (aside from toilet paper) was great; the front desk was less than stellar (seemed to be understaffed).
