Yes to all, however attention to detail would go a looong way in relieving aggravation for a small cost. i.e. decent size soap - had to purchase second day! Better quality bathroom toilet tissue, larger trash cans especially for kitchen and a place to dump trash, more than 2 forks for a unit that sleeps 4, adequate hangers.

Great Location for Trade Shows

I have stayed at several VRBO locations at the MGM Signature, and things stand out when they are done right. This one stands out. Very clean and well maintained. Will stay here again.

Just okay

The host was happy to interact until full payment was made. The host said the tower 3 pool would be in operation, it was not. If you run out of toilet paper or paper towel, get your own. The furniture was dusty and the corners of the floor were dirty. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen appliances and dishes were clean.

The room was a bit outdated, shower was moldy, the place could’ve been cleaner (food splatter under the bar/chair area) and the bed was terrible. The service is excellent and generally the place is worth the price.

Great location off the strip but could use some love

For an MGM Property, I would have expected a little bit better care of the room. The room was extremely dusty, you could tell that the bottom of the coffee table probably hadn’t been dusted in weeks. There were no washcloths, there were only four hangers in the closet and while some dishes are provided, there weren’t even two matching glasses, and there was only one stemmed wine glass.That being said the pool area was great and the gym was acceptable.

The unit was exactly as shown. What was outstanding was the communication and responsiveness of the property manager. Even when we made a request through the website on a Sunday afternoon, we received a reply with an hour and positive resolution to our request.

Overall very nice and comfortable. Suggestions for improvement would be the towels are stiff and coarse. Tile floors can be cold to the feet some bath mats would be appreciated.

Efficient

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend some time on the Strip but value quiet and solitude. It is a short walk to MGM and the central Strip but is separated enough to provide peace and quiet. Rooms are clean, quiet, cool and comfortable.

Good location, cleanliness could be improved

I recently stayed here over the Super Bowl weekend. I don't normally book through VRBO for Las Vegas, but this was one of the few options left. The location was great, but the hotel is a little dated and the rooms didn't feel as clean. I found some hairs in the bed, and when I tried reaching out to the property manager got no response. I ended up finding an extra sheet set in the closet and changed it myself. Next time I stay in Vegas, I'd much rather book through the hotel directly to have access to housekeeping and any other issues that may arise.

Location was very convenient and exactly as advertised. But everything was covered in a layer of dust, odd with recent reviews. Had contactless check out. The tub was nice but a safety hazard for short people climbing in and out withouts a stool. Decent view and enjoyable stay.

Nice place to stay while in Vegas

We hadn't been to Vegas in years and this place was recommended to us. We prefer to have a kitchen/fridge in our room so this worked out. There is a gym in the facility. The walk to the strip is close enough to walk to and far enough from all the noise/traffic, etc. It is very well maintained, all were friendly and check in/check out went very well.

Vegas signature

Never stayed at this property but will definitely keep it on my list for places to stay un Vegas! The close proximity to the Monorail and being able to walk from Signature to MGM Grand, all indoors, is great! Not having a casino at the lobby is also high on my list. It seems to keep it more quiet. Loved having a coffee maker in the room as so many hotels in Vegas don't provide that.Donna, our resort contact was excellent.
